Patio attached to room was cute. Beds comfy.
Loud music plays nearby very loud, toilet seat too small for toilet so kept falling in, no hairdryer, no hot water. Doors were all stuck on the floor wouldn't open properly.
Las habitaciones grandes y cómodas, ducha caliente y cama confortable. Lo recomiendo.
Le personnel très sympa avec plein de conseils et de renseignements. Le hamac dans la chambre. La literie très confortable.

Tanto la habitación como la terraza con la piscina privada son una auténtica delicia, bien decoradas, agradables y cómodas pero lo mejor de todo, la atención de Carlos, quien nos ayudó en todo lo posible, nos aconsejo e incluso pudimos charlar con el ampliamente sobre la historia del país que tanto ama. Repetiremos sin dudar.
Por poner un punto a mejorar, la alcachofa de la ducha podría ser revisada.

... but also right in front of 'La Mescaleria', véry noisy neighbours on Friday & Saturday!

We had a warm welcoming, the place is clean, charming. The room was great, and the hotel is well located in the center of Valladolid!

Old building, barely working shower, no breakfast included and very uncomfortable beds, no parking
But! The most of the issue is the noice! Located right in front of the night club, techno music super loud for 2 nights In a row. Disappointing. So if you are planning to rest and sleep at least before 2 am, Search for other place

They couldn’t provide breakfast one day and they offered a dinner instead, very nice.
They didn’t have any option for recommendations for tours… but the staff was very kind and helpful

Air conditioning not great. No glasses or cups in the room. 3 soaps in shower so we didnt know which was which since not being labled.
Very friendly and accommodating staff! They met our special requests and exceeded them by far!
