Cons:

how about a bathroom big enough to fully open the door or have toilet paper holder or a shower door that's wider than 16 inches or a bed room larger than 10ft x 10ft or multiple stairways with total absence of guardrails to hold on to or coffee in the room or in the lobby or luggage racks and thermostat that functions.

Recomendable para estancias cortas
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es muy bonito y todo está muy limpio. El personal es muy amable y atento.

Cons:

Se escucha mucho el ruido de otras habitaciones y de una bomba de agua que suena muy fuerte. El agua de la regadera no estaba muy caliente.

Buen Hotel
Pros:

Excelente ubicacion ya que se encuentra a poca distancia caminando de todos los puntos de interes, la limpieza de la habitacion fue buena y las camas muy comodas

Cons:

Nos toco la suite que da a la calle y el ruido de la avenida es molesto ya que te despierta muy temprano y el ruido termina a veces despues de las 11:00 pm. fuera de esto todo bien.

Podrían mejorar muchas cosas para hacer del hotel una excelente opción para alojarse en el centro
Pros:

La atención fue muy buena. En la recepción siempre fueron súper amables y también nos apoyaron para poder dejar nuestras maletas unas horas antes de la entrada a la habitación. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena porque está en el centro y a unos pasos de todas las cosas de interés.

Cons:

Lamentablemente el lugar no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. El personal súper amable y la ubicación muy buena, pero la habitación era muy pequeña, el baño no se sentía muy limpio y adicionalmente se filtraba el agua de la regadera al baño, por lo cual era incómodo, y no cuenta con ventana, por lo que se sentía encerrado. La habitación se sentía un poco descuidada y entraba mucho ruido de la calle. Contaba con una ventana que daba al patio interno del hotel, pero lo malo es que toda la noche hubo personas hablando y gritando, lo cual nos impidió dormir bien incluso con la ventana cerrada, lo cual también hacía que se sintiera muy encerrado. Es cierto que nos quedamos una noche ahí, pero esa noche simplemente no pudimos descansar y relajarnos muy bien. Cuesta decirlo, porque el hotel en sí y su fachada son bonitos, el personal de diez y la ubicación excelente, pero el precio nos pareció muy alto para lo que se ofreció.

Pros:

La ubicación es buena, no en pleno centro, pero cerquita y alejado del ruido nocturno, el personal muy amable y atento que no te falte de nada, las instalaciones limpias aunque muy antiguas.

Cons:

La habitación era interior, sin ventanas, el baño tan pequeño que ni se podía abrir bien la puerta, Muy caro para lo que es, pero entiendo que era por las fechas de las festividades...

The staff was fine - but the problem was bed bugs. Other potential customers should be made aware.
Pros:

The location was fine and the staff very friendly and helpful. \\however - we were bitten by bed bugs - both myself and my husband. When I raised this with the hotel they said it couldn't be the bed. We stayed at the beginning of our 10 day vacation and I had to find a way to wash out the clothes I had warn to ensure no bed bugs came away with us. This was a bad start.

Cons:

The bed bugs. And what also bothered us was that they did not accept this- even though I showed them the bites. My husband also was bitten. The bathroom was very small, and the shower difficult to use, taking a long time to provide warm water for a shower.

Estancia con amigos.

Las hbaotaciones muy limpias.. Muchas tranquilidad para descansar.

Eramos 4 en una habitación. Tal vez colocar los insumos necesarios para el numero de ocupantes.
