Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, and the toilet was also very clean. There are several food stalls around the hotel, which makes it easy to find meals. There are also a few laundromats downstairs for washing clothes. The location is convenient as it is close to Angsana Johor Bahru Mall and can be reached within walking distance

Cons:

The room was a bit small for prayer space, and the TV signal sometimes lost connection.

Overall is superb for 1 star hotel
Pros:

Get many culinary food nearby, along with self-service laundry, seven eleven, close with many mall, just walk for few minutes, there's angsana mall, just get grab car we can go to many other mall, supermarket in cost under rm20 in normal situations. The room is spacious and comfy, the receptionist is helpful and kind. I'm bit worried about ghost since I going on trip alone, but it's all fine, nothing horror, even adding 2 more night to stay👍
