Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue que no tuviera estacionamiento, de ahí la habitación era súper pequeña y nada que ver con lo que muestran en fotos además al tocarme la habitación cerca de la recepción me. Llegaba el aroma de cigarro cuando los encargados fumaban y era realmente molesto principalmente en las noches ya que llevé una bebe de 2 años y lo hizo lo segundo más molesto de la estadía.

La persona de la recepción fue muy amable.

Cons:

Llegamos y horas más tarde nos dijeron que nuestra habitación no estaba disponible, porque tenían problemas de plomería. Tuvimos que hacer una nueva reserva a ultima hora, además nos cobraron la tarifa plena (días después fue reembolsado luego de una queja a través de booking.

El lugar esta muy cerca del centro.
Las habitaciones y el lugar en general estaba limpio

Cons:

El ruido del exterior se filtraba demasiado oias en la madrugada el timbre, las platicas de afuera y hasta la alarma de alguien del personal.

Tampoco la cama era cómoda.

Es un hotel limpio y a unas cuadras del centro. La calidad - precio bien

Cons:

En momentos la habitación fue calurosa. La puerta del baño no cerraba y al preguntar por el baño de la recepción objetaron su uso. El hotel no es malo pero la actitud del personal debe mejorar.

Fantastico, personale molto competente e struttura in una posizione centrale e sicura.
Pros:

La struttura era molto bene curata, pulita e ordinata. Ogni giorno venivano a pulire la stanza e ci facevano trovare letto rifatto e bagno sistemato. La posizione della struttura è ottima, puoi girare e conoscere Oaxaca senza difficoltà, molto vicina al Zócalo è veramente ben servita.
Offrono anche la possibilità di tenerti i bagagli prima e dopo la visita.
E altro punto molto importante, hanno convenzioni con agenzie locali e offrono tour convenienti per hierve el agua e monte alban (ci sono anche molti altri). E come ultimo punto, per il giorno della partenza ti possono riservare un taxi che viene i a prenderti direttamente in hotel e il costo non cambia.
Ottimo veramente.

Cons:

Purtroppo, ogni volta, per accedere e usciere dalla struttura c’è un campanello da suonare. Ovviamente hanno personale disponibile 24h su 24 ma forse questo è un aspetto da migliorare per permettere il soggiorno con maggiore autonomia.
