Gran vista hacia una d ellas mejores playas del mundo
Pros:

La ubicación de este hotel es lo mejor, las habitaciones son funcionales y tienen una gran vista.

Cons:

Había olor a drenaje en las escaleras por donde están las duchas... Eso le resta al espacio.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir würden wieder kommen.

Die Lage ist sensationell, die Terrasse ist wunderschön, der Blick und der wunderschöne Strand davor. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt. Kein Sargassum!!! Wunderschöner Strand, tagsüber natürlich sehr viel los.

Cons:

Die Küche war nicht brauchbar. Sehr alte, dreckige Gläser - müssten unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Eingangsbereich, Treppenaufgang jedesmal ein schrecklicher Geruch. Die Anreise vom Fährhafen ist schon sehr beschwerlich. Hier wäre es schön, wenn das Hotel Unterstützung anbietet (es ist so viel Personal vorhanden, da kann es doch nicht so schwer sein, dass mal einer mit dem Golfcar die Runde fährt). Auch bei der Abreise wurde uns erst ein wenig geholfen, nachdem wir mehrfach gefragt haben. Die letzten Meter muss man halt durch den Sand.

Posizione ottima e vista bellissima sul mare caraibico. Wifi molto potente.

Cons:

Assenza di una vera lobby e di di servizi di breakfast. Pulizia della struttura un po scarsa e edificio un po vecchio e da ristrutturare. Assenza di piscina e altri servizi importanti per un hotel. Rapporto qualità prezzo troppo alto.

Die Lage war einfach fantastisch. Vom Zimmer aus barfuss direkt zum Strand. Kein Sargassum !!! Freundliches Personal und Liegestühle/Schirm inkludiert im Preis. Toplage für Sonnenuntergänge. Gutes Essen in den verschiedenen Strandbars. Ruhige Lage, nur kurzer Spaziergang zum lebhaften Zentrum mit Restaurants und Bars.

Zeer teleurstellend hotel!
Pros:

Uitzicht van de kamers is weel mooi. Ligt aan het mooiste gedeelte van het strand van Isla mujeres.

Cons:

Zeer onbehulpzaam personeel. Geven weinig tot geen informatie en kunnen geen andere taal dan Engels. In de avond na 22h00 was er ook niemand meer om te helpen indien nodig.
Het hotel ligt aan het strand om er te geraken moet je een lange zandweg door. Er is niemand om te helpen met uw valiezen. Ook bij vertrek was er niemand om te helpen met valiezen om deze straat uit te komen. Daardoor hebben we moeten sleuren met onze valiezen. Naast het hotel is er een bar die tot laat luide muziek speelt. De kamers zijn niet goed geisoleerd tegen geluid. Daardoor is nachtrust ver te zoeken!

Letteralmente sulla spiaggia. Bello e comodo
Pros:

Struttura sulla spiaggia con camere vista mare. Pulita e personale gentile. Incluso l’accesso in spiaggia con ombrellone. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli al check out

Cons:

Non è possibile fare colazione. Gli ultimi 50 metri ho dovuto trascinare la valigia sulla sabbia

Nice beach but as well , one of the guest cleaned it off weed , staff couldn’t be bothered

Fantástica!
Pros:

A localização da pousada é excelente! Fica de frente para o mar e tem uma vista linda! As instalações são novas e o quarto estava extremamente limpo. A hostess que nos recepcionou foi super simpática e atenciosa do início ao fim. Recomendo muito!
