Seems very new. Surprisingly modern feel to room. Being right on the beach is amazing
Pros:

Location was amazing. Clean. New. Great views. Laid back friendly staff

Cons:

Mattress cover was plastic ? Uncomfortable to sleep on. Only had coffee cups. No glassware or utensils. Had a microwave. Coffeemaker. And fridge. All new. But had to go buy coffee. Cups. Spoon. Unfortunately balcony is not private and anyone on floors above walk by. So amazing sliding doors but rarely used. As made it feel like people were walking through your room.

Pros:

Nos encantó todo. El alojamiento está al lado de la playa, tiene una ubicación perfecta.
La habitacion es amplia, cómoda y con unas vistas increíbles del mar.
El personal muy agradable.

Pros:

Nos tocó la habitacion 4, enorme, con vista al mar y una limpieza excelente! Tenia refrigerador , 2 aguas de gentileza y shampoo. No tiene desayuno. Comimos muy bien en el bar de playa.

Cons:

lamentablemente por un problema de rotura de caños en la isla, nos quedamos sin agua para duchas y baños el primer día. No fue un problema de este hotel solo. Se solucionó por la noche por suerte al llenar la cisterna con agua de un camión.

Amazing beach and view, loved it.
Pros:

Location was great, on best part of North beach in my opinion water is beautiful. Rooms modern and clean, huge front window a sliding door to sea view. Great ocean view from our room on second floor. Great air conditioner. Cleaning staff were kind and helpful even though their english was minimal. Bar staff were attentive but busy. Enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Sand walk way to get to hotel and rooms was challenging to walk. Taxi could not get to hotel had drag our luggage a fair distance. No one to help with bags, no explanation of restaurant, use of beach chairs, times or policies. Would have been nice if restaurant opened for breakfast or brunch. A little introduction with some local info would have been nice. Before arriving I asked if room had water for coffee but only 4 small bottles supplied, had to find store. Basically on registration you get one key and you're on your own, no further interaction. One key was a hassle as we had 3 people in room. Last day lost plumbing.

Location was incredible. Golf cart parking was rough in the sand. It was quite noisy but really pretty.

-servizi inesistenti (esempio: assenza teli mare, nessun lenzuolo, impossibilità di fare colazione).
-lettini mare: se ti assenti per più di 30 minuti dal lettino, i tuoi oggetti verranno rimossi. Questo per obbligarti a mangiare al ristorante convenzionato con l’hotel.

Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicacion., frente al mar hermosa vista! El personal muy amables, siempre dispuestos a ayudar.
El hotel esta cerca del embarcadero donde te deja el ferry, no necesitas tomar taxi, son 5 cuadras, y hay personas que te ofrecen llevarte las valijas hasta el hotel por una propina, super practico, sino podes tomar taxi y es costoso por estar tan cerca. Tb. Algo muy positivo es que esta en playa norte ypuedes caminar por la playa y recorrer hasta donde puedes nadar con peces, donde esta el hotel mira, datos utiles😉

Cons:

Fuimos en enero y estaba un poco fresco para meterse al mar pero nos metimos igual, llevar toalla.
