The beds could be more comfortable but overall excellent stay

WiFi did not work. Bathroom on top floor is basically all windows, when showering the people from the next door hotel can see you shower and the people coming up the stairs can see you. I went to the staff regarding the WiFi and they went to “fix it” the WiFi still did t work not even the smart tv would connect. Door knob of the restroom kept coming off. Stove top did not work. It’s a beautiful suite however it definitely needs some upgrades

That you have to roll your suitcase through sand to get to the reception area to check in. Also, the last three days of my stay, I was not able to connect to the Internet in my room. I had to go outside to connect if I wanted to use it. I did report it to the manager but it did not get fixed.

El colchon de una de las camas estaba como vencido, se hundía. El año pasado estuvimos en el mismo hotel y hubo una desmejora este año. El agua de cortesía que dejan en las habitaciones la dejaron solo 2 días de 7 que nos quedamos. El agua para limpiarse los pies luego de la playa, no funcionaba, preguntamos y luego de preguntar a 4 empleados, no dijeron que era porque la isla tiene problema de escasez de agua, pero antes de eso solo nos hablaban sin ganas diciendo no funciona. Y no es lo mismo para la reputación del hotel que no funcione algo a que no lo puedan usar porque hay poca agua en la isla. Algo a tener en cuenta, esta llegando sargazo a la playa del hotel, que es playa norte. No tiene todo los días, pero es el primer año que le llega sargazo tengo entendido. Igualmente a 1 cuadra está playa centro que por ahora nunca llegó el sargazo y está muy bonita también.

Beds are insanely hard. My kids didn’t mind and were fine.

Lastima que no sirvan desayunos

Leider gab es kaum Ruhe. Von der Bar wurde man mit Musik dauerbeschallt und auch das Zimmer an sich war sehr hellhörig. Gespräche am Strand wurden morgens dann zum Wecker.
Die Ausrichtung des Hotels zielt eben auf Party ab. Das sollte man wissen....
Es gab auch eine Kaffeemaschine - aber keinen Kaffee. Dieser ist auf der Insel auch schwer zu finden. Alle anderen Hotels, die wir auf unserer Rundreise hatten, haben Kaffee bereit gestellt und waren dabei sehr viel günstiger.
Im Restaurant haben wir 1 x gegessen. Leider war der Fisch mittig noch roh.

L'interaction avec la réception pas de sourire,pas de présentation d'option style chaises longue sur la plage, la climatisation qui fait beaucoup de bruit, le frigo qui ne fonctionne pas.

Mattress cover was plastic ? Uncomfortable to sleep on. Only had coffee cups. No glassware or utensils. Had a microwave. Coffeemaker. And fridge. All new. But had to go buy coffee. Cups. Spoon. Unfortunately balcony is not private and anyone on floors above walk by. So amazing sliding doors but rarely used. As made it feel like people were walking through your room.

Lack of hot water in shower in evening. Did manage to get some early morning.

lamentablemente por un problema de rotura de caños en la isla, nos quedamos sin agua para duchas y baños el primer día. No fue un problema de este hotel solo. Se solucionó por la noche por suerte al llenar la cisterna con agua de un camión.

Sand walk way to get to hotel and rooms was challenging to walk. Taxi could not get to hotel had drag our luggage a fair distance. No one to help with bags, no explanation of restaurant, use of beach chairs, times or policies. Would have been nice if restaurant opened for breakfast or brunch. A little introduction with some local info would have been nice. Before arriving I asked if room had water for coffee but only 4 small bottles supplied, had to find store. Basically on registration you get one key and you're on your own, no further interaction. One key was a hassle as we had 3 people in room. Last day lost plumbing.
