Me gusta mucho la atención que ofrecen, siempre son muy amables y están en comunicación con los huéspedes.
No me gustó el tamaño de la habitación, la vez pasada que los visité era mucho mas grande y me había encantado, esta vez me dieron una habitación mucho mas pequeña, estaba bonita pero no nos sentimos tan cómodos en esta ocasión, estábamos un poco apretados.
The property is in a residential neighborhood just outside city center. Very quiet, very beautiful building and room (I stayed at the family room). The attention by staff was outstanding, they catered to all our needs and did so always with a smile. I will go back!
It’s across an avenue that separates the location from the city center. You have to use a car in this town anyway, and there is plenty of paid parking downtown. Not a major issue, just an observation

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Martha. First and foremost we would like to thank the incredibly accommodating / welcoming staff for their hospitality. The room was fully equipped with everything required for a truly relaxing stay. An outstanding point would be the cleanliness and the spa feel you get once entering the lobby and room. The decor is second to none as the authenticity is evident throughout the property. We highly recommend Casa Martha for the walking distance to the square, value, comfort and authenticity. For transparency sake the only drawback is the cobblestone road that leads up to the hotel, drive up slowly and you should be fine.
