Pros:

The apartment itself was nice and chill

Cons:

Could not lock the terrace door, I told the staff from day one several times. It doesn’t feel safe being on first floor with a wide open terrace. Also the chairs on the terrace broke. We also asked for extra towels. Basically whatever we asked for was “coming” but nothing wvwr came, and we did not get a single cleaning in a full week
