Wifiがとても繋がりにくく、繋がっても遅すぎて使えず。
スタッフの不在が長く、なかなかチェックアウト出来なかった。
トイレットペーパーの予備がなく、困った。
テレビが普通の番組は映らず。

夜班前台态度只能用恐怖来形容了，极差极差，一问故意三不知，只是房里上不了网她已经非常非常不耐烦。善意提醒下过去态度良好的经营者，虽然酒店扩大了，但是服务没跟上，旧的这栋包括浴巾，四件套等残旧不堪，最重要的是，经营服务业最注重的基本礼貌在哪？您是年纪大了力不从心，还是管理不当，或两者皆有吧！

Nice hotel and value for money
Pros:

Very clean and good location.. very close to famous nasi kandar hijrah. With nice place for small drinks right opoosite the hotel.

Cons:

Shower & very difficult to get parking.
