Pretty much everything; food is excellent and room are big comfy bed unbelievable views from the front of the hotel !
Love the dining room staff especially the breakfast workers! Always come say hi to us and wish us a safe trip !

Cons:

Pretty expensive rooms are booked early and need to be smart when you reserve. Also make sure it’s the proper room you need and want . Still struggling a bit to get my favourite spot . You live once ! 😎😎

Excellent location, easy walking to old town and the mission - lovely quaint charming town.
Pros:

Great location, very spacious and clean rooms, ocean view,private balcony,restaurants on site. Super friendly staff in the restaurant and bar.

Would not hesitate to stay again.
Pros:

Great location across from Malecon and pedestrian shopping street. Older hotel that has been nicely updated and well maintained. Very comfortable and room amenities. Staff friendly and accommodating. Los Olivos restaurant was good and handled the crowd well.

Cons:

The room lights were a bit dim and there was no heat only AC. Staff immediately brought a space heater to our room. Heat generally not needed in this locale but being able to warm up the room a couple degrees was nice.

Nice location, very pretty, wonderful waiter.

Cons:

The heater did not work, although it showed as though it was heating the room. It was actually cooling it, and I was freezing as was my partner. The group of two other couples that we were traveling with, had the same experience. Some people may not care about heat during this time of year, but given the fact that we live down here part of the time and the rest of the time in Arizona we get cold much easier than a lot of people.

We had trouble booking our room directly with a hotel which angered my partner, and we were unable to add breakfast onto our reservation.

Great location and beautiful hotel
Pros:

The location and the restaurant. The ability to walk to the marina in six minutes, and the rooms were spacious. We booked a room with a water view, but it was obstructed by the restaurant which also created noise.

Cons:

The room was uncomfortably cold and we were unable to turn the heat on. Also, two of our three nights there were considerable noise from other rooms and street noise. Had I known I would’ve booked a room facing the back of the property.

Pros:

Great brunch on Sunday. Incredible pasta/bread at the pool kitchen. And a huge bonus to the laundry staff that kindly returned a good amount of money left in a pocket - their honesty counts A LOT! And generally speaking, a wonderful, fun, and engaging staff - the front desk, coffee girls, bartenders, and cleaning staff are AWESOME.
