Pros:

We appreciated the indoor parking, though positioning the car on the lift was tricky. Also, the hotel's restaurant was convenient and good.

Excelente ubicación, camas cómodas.

Cons:

No es sencillo llegar en silla de ruedas, hay escalón para entrar. El estacionamiento está en la cuadra de enfrente, hay que atravesar la calle, las rampas no son adecuadas y no respetan el lugar frente al hotel para subir y bajar equipaje.

Cons:

Hay que cruzar la calle para ir al restaurante. Hay rampa en la banqueta pero no lugar para estacionar auto de discapacitados.

Que entraban al cuarto aun con el letrero de no molestar y aunque pedimos que no hicieran la limpieza porque regresaríamos pronto, llegamos y ya estaban dentro del cuarto

Great hotel and staff, don't bother with breakfast.

Cons:

It comes with continental breakfast included. Even though we stayed twi nights, we only tried eating once. Upon entering the breakfast area (across the street) we were asked for our room number which is understandable but then we were told we would get one breakfast even though I paid for four adults. I had to clarify this point and they called over to the lobby (I guess) to confirm. The breakfast is NOT continental as we were to told to choose from either juice or fruit and a side of toast or sweet bread and that is it. My parents wanted coffee and even that was like asking for a favor. This is the first hotel that claims continental breakfast but doesn't provide adequate food options. I was not offered the menu in case I wanted something else (even if was out of pocket) nor did I feel like asking for it because I chose fruit and toast but not even water was provided and I had to go and ask for butter and/or jam for two slices of white bread (no options on type of toadt either). My recommendation is to go out and try the local places, don't wadte your energy trying to get what you paid for in terms of breakfast. The hotel and staff are great though.

The hotel is as advertised, modern, spacious and clean.
Pros:

The hotel is as advertised, modern, spacious and clean. What set it apart for me was the level of service by the staff. In particular, I would like to thank Julia Gomez who went above and beyond in making my stay memorable.

Cons:

The website did not work when I tried to reserve a room directly on the website. I had to go through Booking.com which caused some difficulties for the staff. It would be an asset if they had some recommendations for how to access the Monarch Butterfly Reserve for independent travelers who do not have a vehicle and who are not fluent Spanish speakers.
