Pros:

The location is good, nice and helpful staff.

Cons:

The place is fairly clean but there is plenty of room for improvement. The place seems like it was renovated a few years ago but already has signs of wear and tear.

the environment and the staff

the bed not good.. mine room number 3 bed was not too comfortable and the mattress frame was not stable enough and imbalance.

Cons:

They said the check in was until 10pm, I arrived before but it was closed !
So I need to find a new accomodation !
When I come back the next day to get my room they said to wait until 2pm whereas the room should be ready because I had booked for the night before also …

Chambre petite et mal isolée
Pros:

Le lit est confortable et c’est propre

Cons:

Une toute petite fenêtre, la chambre est petite et la douche est à côté du lit. La Clim fonctionne pas très bien il fait beaucoup trop chaud dans les chambres et c’est mal isolé on entend tout !

Pros:

Great location, so close to great restaurants and cafes. Room as described with large balcony as well as a mini fridge in room which we weren’t expecting. Water refill available too.

Cons:

WiFi did not reach our room upstairs, low shower pressure and water did not get hot which was unfortunate.

Good location but unkind and unaccomodating staff

Location was great and room was very clean

Cons:

The staff was quite rude to us when we arrived and were trying to get information about check in. They weren’t friendly or accommodating to us, despite me messaging in advance. There was no bathroom we could use either after arriving after a long travel day and looked to freshen up at the hotel. The bathroom is not sealed and is close to the bed. Also, the hotel encourage leaving a review in exchange for a free drink or coffee which encourages people to leave a good review rather than telling the truth. Generally a nice stay but how the staff treated us over the few days really put a dampener on our stay.
