Very dissapointing
Pros:

The property is very close to restaurants and some heritage buildings

Cons:

No reception when I tried to check-in, si I must go to another hotel for one extra night. The room had no daily cleaning. No television. The water from the washbasin has no power, limited flow

Pros:

Die Lage! Mittendrin, alles schnellzu Fuß erreichbar: Zum Komtar 10 Minuten, von dort 50m über die Straße zur zentralen Bushaltestelle (z. B. nach Batu Ferringhi, 2,70 RM),
oder mit dem Bus zu Ferry, rüber nach Butterworth, 2,- RM, und dann weiter mit den Vorortzügen, "Touch 'n Go Card" einsetzbar, oder direkt mit dem Handy bezahlen, z. B. mit der Google Wallet.
Die Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe zum "Attec" sind einfach super, für jeden Geschmack etwas. Es gibt viel Historisches zu sehen, aber auch das Wohnen in der Zukunft, wie kann man nur so zusammengedrängt leben?

Cons:

Die 23 Stufen bis zur Reception des Attec, dann noch mal 20 bis zum Zimmer, was für Bergsteiger. Was richtig für Probleme sorgen kann, sind die kleinen Schlüssel-Tresore neben der Eingangstür, wenn die
Rezeption nicht besetzt ist,

Management sucks, once booking confirm & paid. They not give the no. room, wait for 2 hours to checkin. But still no response from them. Either call, msg & by website.

Pros:

El personal es super amable y la ubicación andando a los murales de arte callejero y pequeña india a unos 10 minutos andando, a pesar de que abajo del alojamiento teníamos un bar con música elevada, en el interior cerrado no se escuchaba nada.

Cons:

Por poner algo, si busca una zona de ducha o baño separado del wáter y que cuando te duches no se llene todo de agua, este no es tu sitio, pero vamos que es otro de los encantos de malasia 🤣🤣

The experience worth the price
Pros:

Nearest to the receptionist. Nearest to the main door

Cons:

Water heater seems to be not working well
