El sofa llit per la tercera persona es molt incomode

The staff was quite rude to us when we arrived and were trying to get information about check in. They weren’t friendly or accommodating to us, despite me messaging in advance. There was no bathroom we could use either after arriving after a long travel day and looked to freshen up at the hotel. The bathroom is not sealed and is close to the bed. Also, the hotel encourage leaving a review in exchange for a free drink or coffee which encourages people to leave a good review rather than telling the truth. Generally a nice stay but how the staff treated us over the few days really put a dampener on our stay.

Por dónde empezar…

Teníamos el check in a las 14:00h, sin embargo cuando llegamos (14:10) la habitación aún estaba sin terminar, por lo que estuvimos esperando 45 min. Las almohadas eran muy incómodas, muy pequeñas, bajas y estropeadas. La cama es grande pero corta, si mides más de 1,80 tus pies quedarán por fuera de la cama. Pero lo peor vino a la hora de dormir. Estuvimos dos noches y a partir de las 23:00h la zona de recepción se convierte en una zona de reunión, ruidos y gritos del resto de huéspedes. Corriendo por el pasillo, niños gritando, y adultos en sus habitaciones con gritos y conversaciones que se oían como si estuvieran en tu propia habitación.

El hotel se quedó solo desde la tarde noche y no había ningún responsable por allí, por lo que hasta las 3 de la madrugada fue imposible dormir.

Si te vas a hospedar allí, ten esto en cuenta y pide que no te den ninguna de las habitaciones que están junto a recepción, están a tan solo 3 metros y el ruido es insoportable.

No me quejo por gusto, hemos viajado por Tailandia, Camboya, Vietnam, Singapur y Malasia, en hoteles, hostales etc, y en ningún lugar hemos tenido ningún problema con los ruidos, tan solo en este.

Can’t speak for all rooms of course but our room did not look as bright or welcoming as the photos. Staff should pay more care and attention to overall cleanliness of the room - marks all over the walls, dust, bathroom needed a good scrub.

Plug sockets were cracked and dangerous
We were aware of this when booking but bathroom is just an opaque screen and door with a large gap where the toilet is - no privacy whatsoever
Aircon did not really get cold and can’t leave it on without a key card. When we asked reception whether we could leave it on when we left our room as our room was not getting any colder we were just bluntly told “no”. So were hot trying to sleep at night.
To top it all off, and probably most importantly, we found a cockroach on our wall the morning of our last day staying at the hotel. Didn’t know what to do so killed it then told reception. They did not seem concerned at all and just sprayed some mosquito killer in the room rather than listening to our request to change rooms or questions on whether this is a common problem in the hotel. With it being our last night we just put up with the room for one more night
