Great option for a short visit
Pros:

Beachfront property on one side and a super central location on the other.

The staff were incredibly friendly. A special shoutout to Zuri, who was amazing! She gave us great recommendations, helped us book attractions, and even arranged our transportation off the island.

Breakfast was good. It’s not a buffet and there’s no menu to choose from- they simply serve whatever the chef prepares that morning. That said, the portions were good, the food was tasty, and it came with juice and coffee.

The rooms are beautifully designed, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

A few things I wish I had known before arriving. None of these are necessarily negatives- just details that might help future guests.

The property is more like a large beachfront villa than a traditional hotel. Most of the rooms are located inside the main villa, so you'll pass through the shared common areas when coming and going. Like you're walking at someone's home.

Although the property is right on the beach and the gate opens directly onto the sand, it doesn't have a private beach area with its own designated chairs or setup.

The only real downside for me was the shower. The water pressure was very low throughout our stay, which made showering a bit frustrating.

Soggiorno indimenticabile!

Tutto. Non saprei da dove cominciare. Ci è stato dato un upgrade e un cocktail di benvenuto, dettagli che fanno la differenza. Ci è stata assegnata una stanza stupenda con affaccio sul mare con una vista mozzafiato. Letto extra grande super comodo. La stanza veniva rifatta tutti i giorni. Prodotti da bagno super. Struttura pulitissima. Colazione di ottima qualità servita proprio davanti al mare. La decorazione impeccabile e perfetta per l’ambiente circostante.

Holbox è un posto stupendo, ci abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore. Un grazie a tutto lo staff e soprattutto ad Ernesto che ci ha coccolati e ci ha fatto sentire a casa.

Spero di ritornarci un giorno. Grazie!!

We are going back and this will be our go to spot for the foreseeable future
Pros:

Perfect location to the beach, yet quiet enough to have privacy. Great for couples and the staff was amazing and always helpful. Location is very close to everything and can’t wait to come back

Cons:

If you not used to being in hot humid weather it may be uncomfortable. The ac helps but not enough for some. It was not a hindrance for us but we could see for some how it could be. It was a very not property with nothing really to dislike

Pros:

Pensé que no iba a ser un lugar lo suficientemente íntimo para disfrutar con mi pareja, pero al contrario. Es un lugar precioso en una de las mejores locaciones de la isla.
El staff fue espectacular.
Se pasa delicioso relajándote viendo el mar .
Está cerca del centro para cuando quieres ir a comerte algo rico y de verdad toda la experiencia fue maravillosa.
Todo nos encantó y los desayunos deliciosos!

Estuve comparando varios lugares y no me estaba haciendo fácil decidir, pero a la hora de preguntarle a ChatGPT por lugares Boutique íntimos y sólo para adultos que tuvieran muy buenas recomendaciones y los locales supieran que tenía buena reputación. Me sugirió Casa Cat Ba y de verdad fue lo mejor que nos pudo haber pasado!

Añado las fotos desde nuestro balcón en el piso de arriba y también desde los camastros. Nos hicieron las mejores Mezclitas de Maracuyá! Gracias chicos! 😋

Es war ein besonderes Erlebnis! Danke Ernesto und das gesamte Team 💛
Pros:

Dieses Boutique-Hotel ist wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes. Die durchdachte gestaltete Ästhetik (Ein Traum!), die wunderbare Atmosphäre und die herzliche Art, mit der ich empfangen wurde, haben meinen Aufenthalt von Anfang an unvergesslich gemacht. Ich habe mich jeden einzelnen Tag rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Das Frühstück war lecker und der Ausblick einfach atemberaubend. Jeder Morgen begann mit einem frischen Saft und Meerblick. Besonders dankbar bin ich dem Küchenteam, das sich die Mühe gemacht hat, mir ein veganes Frühstück zusammenzustellen. Diese Aufmerksamkeit und Wertschätzung bedeuten mir viel.

Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht – vom Bademantel über die Strandtasche und die Musikbox bis hin zu Wasser und Sonnencreme. Man spürt in jedem Detail die Liebe und Fürsorge, mit der dieses Haus geführt wird. Ich hatte das Gefühl, zuhause zu sein und am liebsten wäre ich direkt eingezogen. 😄

Von Herzen danke an das gesamte Team der Casa Cat Ba. Ihr habt diesen Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht, und ich werde die Zeit hier noch lange in schöner Erinnerung behalten. Vllt sehen wir uns wieder.
