Chambre confortable et bonne literie. Tout était propre. La chambre donne sur un patio avec piscine. Il y a des fauteuils à l’extérieur ce qui permet de se détendre. Café/thé offerts avec le matin des petits cakes très bons. A deux pas du magnifique site de Chichen Itza. Restaurants à proximité. Bonne adresse

Pros:

Tienen una piscina súper linda, pequeña pero justa. La habitación es grande limpia un buen baño tiene espejo cuerpo completo buena iluminación, la cama es magnífica de las mejores, está cerca relativamente a todo caminando y muy funcional para trabajar si se requiere ya que tiene buen wifi y escritorio.

Cons:

No reciben tarjetas de ningún tipo, ni corriente ni crédito. Esto está muy mal porque finalmente son un hotel y los viajeros no siempre son de México. Reciben gente de otros lugares y sale mejor para nosotros pagar con tarjetas.

Cons:

anterioremente había estado en el hotel, y me había parecido más comodo, ahora, las camas se sentían como de piedra, la alberca se veía turbia todo el tiempo, y lo que menos me gusto, es que ya no te dejan pagar con tarjeta de ningún tipo, solo puedes pagar en efectivo en la recepción.

Muy buena opcion en el centro de Merida
Pros:

Todo muy bien. Es mi segunda experiencia con ese hotel y si, voy a regresar. Muy bien ubicado, a dos cuadras del Zocalo, tiene su estacionamiento. Tranquilo, bonito, limpio, todo funciona sin fallas. No puedo pedir mas.

No vale el precio que cobran

La comida del restaurante deliciosa y una chica de recepción y la chica de limpieza muy amables la ubicación muy bien

El chico q nos recibió al llegar muy grosero y prepotente no nos indico donde estaba el elevador ni obtuvimos ayuda, tampoco nos acepto pago con tarjeta y no nos notificó el hotel q el pago era solo era en efectivo, la alberca estaba muy sucia y con basura a mi hija le dio alergia, las sábanas algo sucias y en su publicidad del hotel indicaban q las habitaciones tenían tina están en las fotos y en realidad la habitación era diferente a la de la publicidad fueron 1000 pesos la noche y no los valía la habitación tan pequeña
