This place has been closed since July 2025. When we got there, the owner has been changed also with the name of the hote

This place has been closed since July 2025. When we got there, the owner has been changed also with the name of the hotel. Now Booking.com refused to refund all of our money because we cancelled the booking of the hotel that we couldn’t checkin. Feels like we have been scammed for almost 160MYR. Really bad service and management from Booking.com
