Great Location & Relaxing
Pros:

Location to grocery store. With bikes, easy ride to beach. Quiet area. Roof top is quite nice, not fancy facilities but small pool and gym. Not used much by guests so it is relaxing.

Cons:

No security but that is OK. Pool is not always taken care of. One of the washing machines not working so the only one working was busy.
