KSL Esplanade Hotel

Stayed at KSL Esplanade Hotel for 2 days 1 night. Wahhh… memang best la! Room clean, sejuk, and very selesa. Staff semua very friendly and helpful, make me feel macam kat rumah sendiri. Breakfast pun sedap, got many choices – my favourite the nasi lemak, power!

Location also very convenient, dekat-dekat dengan mall and can jalan-jalan also.

I stayed here with my friends for 2 days. Everything interesting. Room very clean and tidy. The breakfast has many choices, I love it. The parking is a bit confusing but their staff very friendly and helpful also the security. Will comeback again soon. Tqsm ksl

I stayed with my family, we took a connecting room and also a family room. I was surprised because there were various facilities in the room and the view was very beautiful. We were also assisted by security who was generous with a smile. The staff who cleaned the room was very friendly and tidy. The room was fragrant and clean. I liked everything about this hotel and it was also connected to the mall!! tq ksl

Clean room, I love the green view from room, all staff very friendly. Nothing to complain because all perfect for me. Hotel linked to mall, it easy for us to find food or things. Also have 7eleven at lobby . Hotel and San onsen smell GOOD! Sure will repeat again soon <3

Clean rooms, checked in at 3pm on the 26th April, booked 1 deluxe king and 1 superior twin, the front office realised 1 room was for my children so they immediately upgraded my children's room so they could have a room next to mine. Couldn't remember the guy who checked me in but a big thanks to him for being thoughtful.
Will return again one day.

Nice room and very clean ,bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable,staffs were very friendly and helpfull, service were excellent,breakfast very good with many choice menu,also can relax at onsen , definitely will come back here , recommend hotel

Came here for a business trip, everything felt smaller than usual. The parking space was small and short, your car door would not be able to open wide enough for you to come out and you wont be able to open the boot to retrieve your luggage if you park behind another car. Suggest you pick side parking.

The room was smaller than other four star hotel that I have been to. Toilet door would bang on toilet bowl, no space for chair and table in room, only a bed. The corridor, lift and lobby area were very warm and stuffy.

Hotel was clean, staffs were friendly. Onsen was good. Breakfast wasn't of much choices. Quite disappointed. The Japanese fusion restaurant at top floor was not bad. The mall next to the hotel was not a dead mall as reviewed by others. It was full of people, many choices of food (better to go there for breakfast than taking hotel breakfast).

Room smells good ! Bed was so comfy!! W the green view ? Yesss top notch!! Everything went well from A - Z. Food was buzzing. The staff was nice .i would recommend this hotel for all of you!! Plus, near mall and 7e! Omg bussing!!! Thnk you ksl for the hospitality!
