El hotel es basico pero completo con las necesidad esenciales que se requiere, bien ubicado y excelente atencion por parte del personal.
En las habitaciones se escucha todo de las otras habitaciones.

El servicio es excelente, personal muy amable y aunque originalmente no contratamos con desayunos decidimos consumirlos en el hotel porque se nos hicieron muy buenos. Desayuno sencillo pero muy rico y sustancioso.
Sería muy bueno que tuvieran servicio de cafetería con horarios más amplios.

Apparently, breakfast is not included. You have to ask for it. And it's a separate fee. I repeat, I booked this reservation with a breakfast incuded option. Upon arrival, they said it wasn't included. It was a separate fee, and you have to ask for it. So I suggest you call first to verify what is included in the hotel reservation. Hotel Marquez wants an upfront fare. Unfortunately, I don't have a BBVA account or any Mexican card. I thought you could pay when you get to the location. My first booking fare price changed. Since I wasn't able to make the upfront payment. When I finally arrived I was able to pay with my Visa card without a problem. I suggest Hotel Marquez changes their policy or allow an option to pay with a visa card upfront.
Location close to downtown. Friendly staff. The room is somewhat small but has all you need for a good night's rest.
