SUASANA BILIK YANG TIDAK SELESA DAN BERBAU SERTA STAFF YANG TIDAK BERI KERJASAMA!

Suasana bilik,nampak usang dan berbau hapak. Tandas yang kotor dan sangat2 tidak beri keselesaan. Laluan ke bilik nampak kotor dan berhabuk. Staff yang tidak beri kerjasama,pihak kami meminta air mineral dan tambahan gula teh dia pertikaikan dan staff tersebut hantar ke bilik waktu kita tidur(subuh),kami menunggu dekat 3jam? Hanya minta air saja .very rude! Service very slow! Harap pihak hotel boleh improve lagi dari segi kebersihan dan keselesaan pelanggan. Terima kasih

Bilik sangat selesa dan bersih dengan aircond yang sejuk. Bilik mempunyai tingkap yang luas dengan pemandangan yang cantik dan menarik. Lokasi hotel ditengah-tengah bandar adalah memenuhi kehendak saya. Tandas hotel amat bersih dengan bathtub dan mandian air pancur. Kami boleh mandi dengan air panas ataupun sejuk.

TV gambar tak cantik. Siarannya pulak tak menarik.

I booked 4 days, however due to the bad experience and worst state of the hotel I left less than 24 hours. I was hoping

Nothing. The worst hotel I have ever experienced in my entire life.

Cons:

Dirty, molds every corner of the toilet, the smell, the carpet in the hallway, the bed and the bedding including linens. Even the sofa in the reception is so dirty. I’m surprise that this hotel is still operating despite of all bad things in this hotel.
