Superb
Pros:

Fantastic place. Rooms was very nice and cozy. Specially the care taker (Kannadas) was best. He took such wonderful care of us. We felt like we were in home. Thank you to our caretaker Kannadas. We loved our stay in here.

Cons:

There is nothing to not like. Too good to be true. Everything was fine.

Lovely little bungalow with great service and amazing food!!!
Pros:

Convenient location close to the tennis club. The rooms were very clean and cozy. The staff was great and the owners were very nice and hospitable and very helpful

Cons:

There were issues with the rate pressure in the bathrooms and hot water issues as well

A beautiful and memorable stay having being really well looked after by two absolutelylovely gents.
Pros:

The food was super excellent and Chef Gregory was able to cook anything we asked for in delicious style. Justin was also an excellent guy who was able to organise anything we asked for. Both these staff are warm, friendly and are a huge asset to this business. I am sure the so called 'high end' hotels can learn a lot from these guys about customer service and how to please their guests. We have stayed at many 'high end' hotels across the world but these guys are just so lovely, eager to please and deserve all oredit for our stay there so much so that we stayed an additional day.!

Cons:

Maybe something better to help reduce the mosquitoes in the evening - obviously not in Justin's control!

Exceptional
Pros:

A beautiful and well maintained bungalow very near to the town but nestled in a quiet place. The food was very good and the staff is kind and courteous. It’s a family owned property and they took very good care of us. Bandarawela is cute small town and this property is a peaceful place to relax and unwind with the family. If we are to visit Srilanka again will surely drop in this place to spend some time 😊 Thanks uncle Martin, Sean & Kannan for making it a memorable stay.

Convenient location with a homey stay.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the TV was good. The staff was friendly and it was a convenient location.

Cons:

There was no fan or A/C, hence there was no ventilation in the room. The hot water worked some times. Also we wished we had a menu to order from, the available meal options were very few.
