Pros:

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

This place is a disgrace and does not reflect either the photos or majority of reviews.
We arrived at 12.30 and left within an hour.
During that time we
1 - were gave a big speech about how we were far too early for a 1pm check in and would have to wait.
2 - pressured to cancel our booking and instead pay cash to them in return for a 10% discount
3 - given a looooong story about why we couldn't pay on card. Apparently the card machine was broken and the bank said it would take 4-5 weeks to fix
4 - told there was only WiFi after 5pm
5 - we went to the swimming pool while we waited and it has basically been allowed to turn into a pond.

After an hour the room wasn't ready and we left for somewhere on the beach and for considerably less money.

Very bizarre and disappointing experience.

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay here during my Sri Lanka trip. The ocean view from the property is absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sound of waves and having breakfast with that view was unforgettable.
One of the best parts of our stay was the sunset dinner. We requested a special sunset-view dinner and the manager Tharindu arranged everything exactly the way we wanted. The setup, the timing with the sunset, and the atmosphere were perfect. It felt very private and peaceful.
Tharindu is extremely friendly and helpful. Honestly, anything you need, he will try his best to arrange it for you. The staff overall were very welcoming and made the stay very comfortable.
This hotel is perfect if you want a quiet place to privately enjoy the sunset, ocean view, and relaxing moments by the sea. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sri Lanka.

Великолепный вид, очень простой и очень скромный отель
Pros:

Завтрак простой, но достаточный. Кофе, как и везде на Шри Ланке не очень. Расположение великолепное, в тупике, в тихом месте с прекрасным видом на океан, на закаты и видом на форт Галле и маяк. На территории проживают вараны, бурундуки, видели павлинов и дикообраза.. Рядом много ресторанов и массажных салонов.

Cons:

Отель не очень ухоженный, слишком скромно, почти убого, требуется ремонт. Если бы не шикарный вид, я бы пожалела, что здесь остановилась. В дальнейшем мы переселились в соседний отель с таким же видом и ценой, но более комфортабельный.

The most beautiful view on the sea
Pros:

Although the room decoration seems to be far from new and hotel lacks hot water, it has been one of the most beautiful scenery on the island we have seen. It stand on the stones right in front of the ocean and sunsets and sunrises are magnificent. It was a great pleasure to feel the ocean when you go to sleep. You see it, you hear it, you feel it.

If you like neat and tidy rooms you might be disappointed here, but you will not find a better feel of the ocean than here. Many locals stay in this hotel for a wedding night. And I think the locals know the best places to celebrate their remarkable dates.

I completely recommend this hotel for those seeking best views.

All in all it was a ok experience for the price, but there are probably other better options for the price range.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and responsive. The manager was very helpful and informative. The property is in beautiful location overlooking the sea. Plenty of bottled water provided and replenished on request.

Cons:

Sadly, the place was very tired and run down. The pics on the site are from its hay days or touched up. The main pool didn’t look clean with the water murky and uninviting. The salt water plunge pool was empty and not in use supposedly as they wee unable to use the pump from the sea below due to rough seas. Breakfast was simple and ok. A little more could be done here to provide some options. I did see that they did offer variations to meet dietary needs which was good.

Отличный вариант, уютный. в местном стиле.
Pros:

Отличное местоположение, до пляжа 5 минут по живописной улице. Просторные номера, есть кондиционер, Удобные кровати. В целом чисто, уютно, тихо. Территория очень красивая, с одной стороны вид на океан, с другой стороны открывается красивый вид сад, пальмы. Приехать в этот отель из зимы в лето - отличный выбор. У всех номеров есть балконы, и на территории есть дополнительные зоны для отдыха, с видмо на океан.

Cons:

Редкая уборка.

I it was a nice stay.
Pros:

Location is very nice. Wonderful sea view from the location.
