Locatie geweldig, maar doet de naam Spa Hotel geen eer aan, verwacht niet teveel.
Pros:

Geweldige locatie recht tegenover het kasteel en inrichting kamer die hierbij past.

Cons:

Personeel bij receptie niet klantvriendelijk. Een Spa Hotel, maar geen enkele uitleg over de spa faciliteiten. Erg lang wachten op ontbijt.

Patiko picerijos merginų aptarnavimas. Maistas skanus. Greitas pateikimas.

Cons:

Nepatiko viešbučio administratorė. Dažnai nebūdavo darbo vietoje,reikėjo laukti jos atvykstant iš kažkur😃. Prastos jos manieros, paslaugumo nebuvimas.

Pros:

Идеальное расположение. Чисто, комфортно, улыбчивый персонал. Все отлично !

Cons:

Единственное отсутствует парковка, нам пришлось ездить искать и оплачивать дополнительно.
И спа работает только до 7 часов. А хотелось насладится городом, а потом релакс. Но это как кому нравиться.
Отель сам отличный

Vietomis reikalinga renovacija. Ypač SPA zonoje. Tačiau tai nei kiek negadina poilsio.

Cons:

Niekas neinformavo, kad nėra pusryčių. Personalo dėmesingumas ir suteikiama informacija labai netiksli. Galiausiai teko pusryčiauti Bona picerijoje, kur jaučiausi kaip Palangos Basanavičiaus kavinėje, dėl muzikos garsumo ir visos atmosferos… Kambaryje prasta garso izoliacija. Labai girdisi jeigu kažkas vaikšto ir darinėja duris.

Cons:

Mažai stovėjimo vietų automobiliams. Atvažiavus ir nerezervavus stovėjimo vietos iš anksto yra tikimybė jos visai negauti.
