מקום היה בסדר.קצת לא תואם לתמונות...חדר היה מאוד צפוף.היינו לילה אחד.לא נפגשנו עם צוות..קבלה עובדת עד 18.00 וזה לא תמיד נוח.מיקום בסדר..ממש על שפת האגם!ארוכת בוקר בבית קפה סמוך....סבירה.

Bon restaurant mais hôtel moyen
Pros:

Le restaurant gastronomique est vraiment une valeur ajoutée. Cuisine créative et inspirée, service impeccable et sympathique.
L’hotel n’est pas désagréable mais un peu étrange dans son fonctionnement. Réception ferme à 18h, pdj ouvre à 9h tant pis pour les lève-tôt . Bien situé face au château que l’on peut rejoindre a pied

Cons:

Chambre petite et en plus sous les toits ce qui limite l’espace exploitable
Deco désuète. Hammam brûlant.
Circulation confuse dans l’établissement . Les clients des points de restauration se retrouvent dans les couloirs de l’hôtel à chercher les toilettes. Le soir il faut faire le tour de l’hôtel pour regagner sa chambre depuis le restaurant car les portes de communication sont fermées…

Very good location.
Pros:

Amazing location and very reasonably priced for that. Large family suite with comfy crib and sweet toys included. Lovely little balcony. Great black out blinds. Parking available (book in advance as not many spaces) for 10 euros per day.

Cons:

Kitchenette had nothing to cook with apart from a microwave and know sharp knife or way to wash up dishes other than the sink.
The breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was fine but was always very slow and the staff couldn’t cope even with minimal customers. It also didn’t start til 9am. The shower over the bath was handheld only.

Pros:

The staff was lovely and helpful, and they upgraded my room, beautiful place, parking very convenient, wonderful location, Just in front of Trakai Castle beautiful view from hotel. If i ever come back to Trakai castle i'll choose this Hotel.

Cons:

unfortunately the beautiful terraza was not operational due to bad weather so we missed. the view of the room, was to the garden fence

Kamabario stilius ir įrengimas tvarkoje. Visko ko reikėjo buvo. Kondicionieriai. patogus patekimas į kambarius. puiki lokacija.

Cons:

Parkingas, brangokas ir nepatogus, skambinėti administratorei norint įvažiuoti ir išvažiuoti. Vonios kambario palubės/lempos galėtų neturėti vorantinklių, dingus elektra vėlai vakare - nebuvo kam įjungti saugiklius atgal, teko keltis į kitą kambarį. Priskaičiuota neaiškių mokesčių išsiregistruojant (12Eur).

Locatie geweldig, maar doet de naam Spa Hotel geen eer aan, verwacht niet teveel.
Pros:

Geweldige locatie recht tegenover het kasteel en inrichting kamer die hierbij past.

Cons:

Personeel bij receptie niet klantvriendelijk. Een Spa Hotel, maar geen enkele uitleg over de spa faciliteiten. Erg lang wachten op ontbijt.
