We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Alūksne! Everything was excellent — the room, the atmosphere, the food, and especially the service.
The service was absolutely amazing. The girl at the reception was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Their warm and welcoming attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.

Lovely hotel, unique and stylish design, we lived in apartment with terrace and it was just perfect! Bathroom is very beautiful, good bed, a lot of space, tasty breakfast! Highly recommended!

There was quite a lot of truck traffic on the road outside the hotel. Not during the night though.
Meeldis kõik. Hästi stiilne ja samas väga hubane hotell, suurepärane hommikusöök ning see kõik väga normaalse hinna eest. Ei tule meelde, et oleksime varem viibinud nii kenas ööbimiskohas, kuigi oleme suhteliselt palju reisinud.
Toas oleks võinud olla väike külmik, koht oli selle jaoks küll olemas. Viimane võis olla ka ajutiselt eemaldatud. Ja tegelikult ei häirinud see eriti.
