Strategik dan Selesa
Pros:

Suasana yang tenang, jauh dari hiruk pikuk bandar, bilik untuk family memang murah kalau booking awal, berbaloi, strategik sebab dekat dengan farmasi, klinik, kk mart 24, emart24, 7e, nasi kukus my mama, ada taman kecik untuk lepak dan anak main, bilik cukup2 je ruang untuk tidur dan solat, best sebab ada coway, iron dan surau.. wifi pun ada (ada hotel lain xde wifi pun)

Cons:

Flush toilet dulu sebelum tetamu masuk bilik sebab air keruh dalam jamban, then kena guide cara pasang tv sebab tak dapat buka channel..ni je, yang lain okay sangat

Cons:

Once we entered the room, the smell was not nice, we had to spray the room using our perfume. The floor sticky, The towel is smelly, the toilet had a dirt mark. The bed has a lot of hair. The room space is very small, limited space for muslim to perform the prayer inside the room.

Ideal for short stay and for students UMP.
Pros:

The location is ideal for student/ family want to send their children to UMP. But if for staycation, would be more preferable to stay in Kuantan rather than stay in gambang.

Cons:

The room cleanliness is worrying seem like not upkeep the room very well. The facilities is very old washroom can see water pipe exposed at outside and TV isn't watchable because video is blurring.
