It began terribly bad but it ended well
Pros:

The room was okay. It was a big room. The restaurant food was okay. The kitchen staff was very good. The lady manager was nice and polite and she noticed my discomfort when I had to wait for my room to be cleaned.

Cons:

I was forced to stay outside of my room for almost 2 hours after my supposed check in time of 12pm. Also I was promised the room had NETFLIX but it didn’t. The reception refused to do anything about it even after calling them severally.

It was palatable
Pros:

I loved the environment and the ample car parking

Cons:

The opposite room had a guest who spoked all through our stay and the smell was always getting into my room, even though they had a non smoking law..

Generally, my stay's experience is just fair
Pros:

I love the quiet serene environment which is very good for true relaxation.

Cons:

The breakfast is very, very poor. The breakfast served did not match the value of the accommodation paid for.

The breakfast was heavily regulated by the hotel authorities which shouldn't be the case at all for a hotel of that great status with many branches across Lagos.

The toilet window mosquito net needs to be fixed as its torn parts gives room for mosquitoes to find their ways into the room and attach quests.

The poor colour-quality output of the TV display is quite embarrassing for such huge hotel.

The wardrobes need to be improved upon. While the AC remote batteries need to be maintained or changed regularly for optimal functionality.

Terrible
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Everything was terrible. The rooms were exceptionally tiny, I paid more to upgrade to a different room and the room was a disaster. No toiletries. And parts of the building was incomplete

Outstanding service, responsive management, and a hotel I would gladly return to.
Pros:

I previously had a bad experience at the Presken Hotel in Ikeja and was worried I might receive the same poor customer service here, but this branch completely proved me wrong. This is one of the best Presken hotels I have ever stayed in.
The staff consistently checked to see whether I had received breakfast, even though I often didn’t have the appetite to eat in the morning. The team was amazing—from the reception staff to room service and the gate staff. They genuinely made my day.
Whenever I had an issue, it was addressed promptly, and once fixed, it did not happen again—unlike my experience at the Ikeja branch. The manager was also excellent, listening attentively and handling concerns professionally without trying to be clever or dismissive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Cons:

Although I experienced an issue during my stay, what truly stood out was how it was handled. When I reported the problem, I was informed that no rooms were available, but the hotel immediately arranged for me to stay at their Ikoyi branch and covered the cost of my taxi both ways.

This thoughtful response and excellent customer service are the reasons I consider this one of the best hotels. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to family and friends. The staff are truly amazing.
