The only thing I can appreciate is the effort of the supervisor Emmanuel, he tried to solve every issue

Cons:

Need maintenance first of all. First 2 days I spent in a room with broken door, broken bathroom door, broken and toilet seat. The stuff was not helpful, 12 days stay and every day minimum 1 sometimes 2 issues we had. Once I asked iron and The iron's soleplate was heavily soiled with dirt and stained the garment I was about to wear for the first time. And guess what happened they asked payment for laundry even they apologized and accepted their mistake. They offered at breakfast fresh juice and when I check out they asked payment even they accept the kitchen worker misinformed me, I paid :). The best part was to not to move all the stuff , I informed before 4 days I am extending my trip and will extend my stay and they said ok, even they gave price and even I asked to renew, they said not necessary, later you can do it, guess what happened, they said we sold the room one night, please stay one night at different hotel and come back 🤣. There is a lot like those

Great value for money facility with good security
Pros:

The facility provides great services and is a fairly secure neighbourhood. The meals were good offering a variety of options. Staff were handy in providing support as and when required.
