Direkt am Strand, sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal
Kein Namensschild am Tor, daher schwer zu finden
Bellissima location proprio fronte oceano. Spiaggia grande e tranquilla.
Bella la zona relax con amache, camera spaziosa e ambiente super rilassante. Bella la possibilità di usare racchette da beach tennis per una giocata in spiaggia. Grazie a Mercedes, la signora che si occupa delle pulizie presente in struttura a differenza del proprietario.
Ostello lasciato un po' andare, quasi sempre vuoto. Proprietario simpatico ma praticamente inesistente, disponibile quasi esclusivamente tramite telefono in caso di bisogno. La reception non c'è e ci è capitato che un ragazzo chiedesse a noi se e com'era possibile contattare il proprietario per prenotare una notte. Nessun cartello esterno che indichi la struttura e l'entrata non è così facile e comoda da trovare. Nel complesso bel posto e bella struttura, ma che andrebbe valorizzata, organizzata e gestita un po' meglio!
Vlak aan de kust. De slaapzaal was gigantisch. Heerlijk om zo veel ruimte te hebben, ook in de badkamer.
De keuken is oké maar de frigo bevroor af en toe waardoor het zeer oncomfortabel werd om te koken. Er hingen allemaal activiteiten op en eten om te bestellen maar dat was niet beschikbaar, het was er doods. De lieve mevrouw die daar werkte liet merken dat ze niet veel verdiende door geld te vragen voor benzine. Een beetje triestig allemaal.

Außer der Reinigungskraft war niemand vor Ort. Diese musste kassieren, konnte das Restgeld jedoch nicht herausgeben. Auch wenn es sich wirklich um einen Minimalbetrag handelt, aber mir geht’s dabei um‘s Prinzip. Ich wollte nicht warten bis jemand erscheint und fuhr ab. Hauptsache schnell kassiert 🤔

Ein traumhafter Strand direkt vor der Tür 🏖️, eine gemütliche Chill-Area mit Yoga-Matten, Spielen, Slackline und einer einfachen Küche 🍳 – und dazu ein super hilfsbereiter Gastgeber: Er ist herzlich, spielt gerne Beach Tennis oder Backgammon mit dir 🏓🎲 und sorgt dafür, dass man sich wohlfühlt 😊. Wir hatten das Glück, die Unterkunft ganz für uns allein zu haben in der Nebensaison kann es aber auch etwas einsam werden 🌅. Guasacate ist aktuell noch nicht gut angebunden, daher sollte man bei Anreise mit dem Bus ein Taxi ab Las Salinas einplanen oder per Anhalter fahren 🚐.
The female dorm is actually really nice, the beds each have nets and are very comfortable (not bunks!!). The kitchen was nice too! I absolutely loved the common areas directly on the beach, you can lay in the couches or hammocks and doze off to the ocean sounds, it’s great.
There could be an outside bathroom for example when we’re at the common areas, so we don’t have to go back in the room. Also there’s quite a lot of bees around the sink area which can seem scary at first, but no one got stung. It is quite a long walk away from the surf spot as well.
This hostel is on the beachfront, so the location is great. Alejo, the host, is a nice guy. The photos show a pretty good look at how the hostel is.
Look, I'm not gonna lie, the property feels as if it is a little "forgotten". The room had no airco, and a fan that barely worked, and I'm telling you, it was hot inside, so hot the first night I couldn't sleep well... and I'M A LOCAL TO THIS COUNTRY.
The kitchen lacked important things, such as more than two forks.
It's a place with lots of potential, but overall, things look and feel a little messy.
There's room for improvement for sure, like: board games, airco in the private rooms, and better kitchen supplies.

The location is just perfect, no words needed. Steps from the water and the most beautiful sunsets from your hammock.
Plenty of chill space and a nice crowd, the owner Alejo is just about the coolest guy you’ll ever meet. You won’t regret spending some time with him.

Probably one of my favorite hostels on my trip in Central America! I love that there are no bunk beds so everyone has a single bed and it was very comfy. I loved waking up early in the morning and sitting by the beach. The sitting area was very comfortable and was perfect to cool down as sometimes it’s too hot to sit all day on the beach ! There are a few restaurants in the area and one little shop! There is a fruit truck that goes by everyday. Loved watching the sunset every evening from there.
Everything was fine. I wish I could of stayed longer but didn’t realize the Popoyo secret beach party was happening that weekend so had to move to a different hostel as it was fully booked.
Very relaxed stay! Great location out onto the beach with nice chilled places to relax in the hammocks/couches. Helpful friendly staff and owner.
The power outages that left without wifi/ power almost every day, even though I know this is popoyo wide not just specific to thus property. Just think that maybe this should be informed to guests before hand!
A beautiful location, very clean, quiet. Beds had bug nets.
