Cons:

Plusieurs dysfonctionnements ont été constatés :
TV : en panne malgré l’intervention d’un agent.
Restaurant : indisponibilité totale des plats commandés, ce qui m’a obligé à me restaurer à l’extérieur.
Accessibilité : le chemin de l’accueil à l’ascenseur n’est pas aménagé pour les PSH.
Sécurité : chute de l’agent d’accueil sur les deux marches de la réception.

Amazing hotel and welcoming staffs!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were absolutely amazing—everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, which made me feel right at home.

The location is excellent, with everything conveniently nearby, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of traditional Moroccan breakfast options to start the day.

The hotel itself was spotless, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making for a very relaxing stay.

Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic stay!
