La propreté

Cons:

Hotel catastrophique, nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit, très mal situé, dans un boulevard ou les gens vivent la nuit et de plus la discothèque dans l’hotel on entend la musique toute la nuit.
A éviter surtout si vous êtes en famille

أسوأ تجربة فندق مرّت عليّ.
من الساعة 11 مساءً لحد 6 صباحًا كانت هناك حفلة وأغاني بصوت مرتفع جدًا، وأنا كنت في الغرفة اللي فوق مكان الحفلة مباشرة، ومستحيل أي شخص يقدر ينام في الوضع ده.

الأكثر سوءًا إن الفندق لم يبلغني إطلاقًا بوجود حفلة قبل الدفع أو تسجيل الدخول، رغم إن ده شيء أساسي لازم يتم توضيحه للنزلاء. ولما اشتكيت وطلبت تغيير الغرفة إلى دور آخر، قالوا مفيش غرف متاحة. وبعدها طلبت استرداد المبلغ بسبب استحالة الإقامة والنوم، ورفضوا بكل برود.

قلة احترام واحترافية، وتعامل مستفز جدًا. لو كنت أعرف إن الفندق بيتحول لملهى ليلي لحد الصباح، ما كنتش حجزت أصلًا.

Absolut katastrophales Hotel und eine bodenlose Frechheit!

Von 23 Uhr bis 6 Uhr morgens lief direkt unter meinem Zimmer eine extrem laute Party mit Musik in voller Lautstärke. An Schlaf war überhaupt nicht zu denken. Die Wände haben regelrecht vibriert.

Das Unverschämteste daran: Niemand hat mich vor der Buchung oder beim Check-in darüber informiert, dass mitten in der Nacht eine Party stattfinden würde. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich dieses Hotel niemals gebucht.

Als ich mich beschwert und um ein anderes Zimmer in einem ruhigeren Stockwerk gebeten habe, hieß es plötzlich, es gäbe keine freien Zimmer mehr. Danach habe ich verständlicherweise mein Geld zurückverlangt, weil die Übernachtung praktisch unmöglich war – natürlich wurde auch das abgelehnt.

So etwas habe ich selten erlebt: respektloses Personal, keinerlei Rücksicht auf Gäste und absolut null Professionalität. Dieses Hotel interessiert sich offensichtlich mehr für Partys als für zahlende Gäste. Nie wieder!

I felt like I'd been scammed. I booked through Booking.com at a certain price, but when I arrived, the receptionist told me they were charging a different price for the room and gave me euros at a rate not the standard Moroccan bank rate. I wanted to stay longer, but unfortunately, the hotel was unprofessional and overpriced compared to the room and the website. I later discovered there are hotels that are half price, cleaner, and exchange euros at the same rate as Moroccan banks. It was a terrible experience. I don't understand why you can book through Booking.com, pay upfront, and then when you arrive, the price changes and an exorbitant amount is added. It was a bad experience, and I don't recommend it.

Pros:

El personal del hotel muy agradable. La habitación es pequeña pero esta bien, el aseo también y la ducha es amplia. Tuvimos un problema con la reserva y el personal nos ayudó a solucionarlo. El desayuno en la terraza con vistas genial. Además tiene ascensor.
