The surroundings, nature, as the place is taken care of as it is in a beautiful setting with rivers and cascadas surrounding the hotel area. The thermal water pool is wonderful and always well kept as are the plants and the whole place.
Excellent local food served in the restaurant of the hotel. Comfortable and laid back setting, great for relaxing and resting.
Nothing, everything is great. Perhaps check there bathroom drainage as it may smell somewhat in some rooms.
