The hotel is in a great location, affordable and has a nice pool.
When I booked, I put that in checking in with 4 people; myself, my wife and two sons. They only had two towels in the bathroom and when I went to the front desk to ask for two more towels so we could all shower and dry ourselves off with dry towels they said the policy is only two towels per room! I said we are four people! You want two of us to dry off with wet towels?!? The front desk lady just apologized and said that’s the policy! Infuriating! Change your policy cheapskates!
There is nothing to like about this place, the person who administrates this hotel is so stingy, she limits 2 towels per room even rooms with capacity for 4, they expect you share the towels, and she prohibits the personal to give you any additional items like towels, pillows etc etc, not to mention how nasty and dirty the place is, also make sure don't leave anything of value on the room, things disappeared, we pick his place because they have good reviews on booking but they not real reviews they probably pay for them
Nothing to like, place so nasty dirty, the person who manages the place so stingy, she only provides two towels even if room capacity is for 4, my family have a baby, and they had requested a crib, but they don't have any, our baby fell out of bed, so I requested extra pillows to put around the baby for safety and I practically have to argue with them to get two extra pillows and two extra towels one for each family member, and BTW they small and old towels, Dirty and stingy hotel - I bet motel8 better than this cucarachero place. There is no 0 to rate but that's what they deserve.

When I left every day to the beach
There was no hot water at all, there was lots of little ants in the bathroom, and staff never greeted us nor asked if we needed anything during our stay.

It has a great pool and an ok restaurant. Prices are less than on the beach and the food is fine.
