Pros:

La ubicación del Hotel. la limpieza y la coordialidad de Faby.

Cons:

El cuarto era demasiado pequeño y era un tanto incómodo tener que estar marcando una clave de seguridad cada vez que uno llegaba al hotel, ya que en ocasiones había que hacerlo una y otra vez.

Aceptable pero con deficiencias.
Pros:

La atención de Fabi fue excelente. Siempre estuvo disponible para atender a nuestras necesidades, nos ayudó a resolver temas de transporte seguro y nos dió recomendaciones sobre lugares para comer. Ella muy bien.
La ubicación del hotel es buena y accesible caminando a los puntos turísticos.

Cons:

La conexión wifi era inestable y a veces, inexistente en la habitación. La televisión solo funcionó un día y solo se pudo ver Netflix, no había más opciones de canales.
Estuvimos en una ventana con vista a la calle, que está muy bien de no ser que entra todo el ruido de fuera. Parece ser costumbre en la ciudad que la gente pase en sus vehículos con el sonido a todo volumen durante la madrugada y es muy difícil dormir. Creemos que el hotel debe considerar esto y aislar las habitaciones del ruido exterior.
No sabemos si el hotel debería considerarse "boutique" o más bien que expliquen a qué se refieren con ese concepto.
No hay servicio de cafetería o restaurante. En las amenidades solo hay jabón y papel de baño (no shampoo, crema, agua embotellada, etcétera).

Pros:

It's towards the end of the main city center street but everything is very close by and walkable. The room was clean upon entry. Contacting staff is very easy through WhatsApp.

Cons:

The bed creaked at every slightest movement, no matter how small or pressure wise it sounded like the whole hotel could hear it. The hot water took awhile to actually become hot, I'd turn it on a leave it maybe about 10 minutes.

Todo excelente 👌 pero sobre todo el trato y amabilidad de nuestra muy querida anfitrión Faby nos hizo sentir en casa en familia mil gracias y claro que regresaremos a cuartel 1914

Amazing experience in a great downtown area
Pros:

Everything, from the very beginning , communication with Faby. As I arrived, lots of information from the city and very helpful tips for having a great stay in that marvelous city. Very spacious room in a great house with lots of atmosphere. The host was always available for any questions. I had a great time. Thank you very much for all your help and flexibility ! All the best !

Wonderful stay to explore Zacatecas from
Pros:

The location is perfect for Zacatecas - walkable to all the main sights. The room was spacious,clean and quiet. The staff (Faby) was very warm and welcoming and went out of their way to help me which was nice. Would definitely stay here again

The hot water takes a while to come out of the shower - but once it comes out it's a nice temperature

A great sojourn.
Pros:

It was very well situated, close to restaurants, bars, city and tours. There were brochures right in the reception area. Favia was a wonderful host, always making sure that we were comfortable. The first thing she did was make sure we had the correct entry code. Garbage from the room was emptied, clean towels delivered as required.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was quite cold.
