Great location, just away from the hustle of Merzuga, just a 5 minute drive. Situated right on the sand dunes, we went at sunrise and sat in the dunes.
Very nice staff. Great pool to escape the heat.
Lack of sunshade around the pool area.

Beautiful oasis on the edge of town. Secure parking, beautiful pool, bar and restaurant. Dunes right outside the hotel wall. Kept our luggage and motorcycle while we camped in the desert overnight.
During our check-in process, we were offered a choice to pick one of two units, which was very nice. The room and the bathroom were quite spacious. The bed was just firm enough to be comfortable. The lights were adequate. The facilities around the hotel are well maintained, including the pool. We tried one dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was quite good; it was priced very similar to what we had in town restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Sometimes we had to wait for hot water in the shower for a long time, like 5-10 mins. The drain in the shower needs to be serviced because the water was not draining fast enough and was accumulating on the floor. The property was sending me messages via Booking on two occasions late in the evenings when we were out in local towns, asking me where we were at that time and if everything was OK. I have no idea what was the reason for these inquiries and found them to be a bit odd. I would just respond with "Everything is OK; why are you sending these messages?". And he would reply, "OK. Enjoy your evening".
Splendid Location right at the dune. Spacious room (suite) parking, swimming pool
Great hotel, really clean and comfortable, the pool is amazing and the staff were welcoming! Just note it’s around 1.5km from the main town of Merzouga so it’s not the easiest to get to if you don’t have a car - but totally worth it once you get there :)
Hotel was excellent. Lovely and helpful staff who provided a great dinner and breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Stunning pool and bar also. The hotel helped us book the desert tour which avoided choosing between different sellers in town - the tour we had was exceptional 10/10 and a more authentic and individual experience than those offered in town. We went out to our own camp, rode camels, sand boarded, drank tea with nomads, played music, and received amazing food and hospitality throughout for a great price.
Very peaceful and beautiful hotel right by the dunes. The rooms are clean and spacious, equipped with air conditioning, which was a lifesaver. The staff were very friendly.
Do make sure to let them know if you need a pick up when you arrive as I didn’t see any taxi drivers around and had to walk for 35 minutes
Food, location, pool, room and price.
Staff didn't seem as welcoming as with other places visited in Morocco.
The family who run the hotel were so lovely and kind. Abdo was such a great host and was very accommodating to all of our needs. They were all great humans who we are so lucky to have the pleasure of meeting. Tanemmirt from Ben and Anna
The boss was a nice guy

Wonderful and helpful staff, excellent food and facilities. Clean. Ice cool pool in the Sahara heat was an amazing plus. Right on the edge of classical red desert dunes. Camels for excursions right there. Highly recommend.
No complaints at all.
Was a nice hotel, with sand dunes out the back, would stay again. Pool is a nice change too
