As janelas não abrem, o que dificulta a ventilação
Es un lugar muy limpio desde que entras al lobby. La habitación cumple con todos los servicios que anuncian y las camas son muy cómodas para dormir.
El personal es muy amable y no tuve problemas con mi reservación.
La comida del restaurante es variable, presentable y acorde a los precios. También cuenta con servicio de bar.
Aunque la estancia incluya desayuno, este solo consiste en café/té, jugo/fruta y pan tostado. El resto de los platillos y las bebidas tienen costo.

The location relative to the airport is great
El trato super bien. Especialmente de un señor de nombre Jaime del turno de la noche. Super atento y respetuoso. Hizo la estancia muy agradable
Los sensores de la luz en el cuarto. Molestaban después de sierto tiempo. Entiendo que por lo regular rentan esas habitaciones por una cuantas horas pero como pareja, rentamos por varios dias y en la noche con cualquier movimiento encendía la luz..

We booked and thoughts we were in the hotel but we were in a drive up motel
Not clean and WiFi didn’t work and a condom left in the room
The check in was perplexing. We were the only ones in the lobby checking in.They ignored us until I finally said something and then they couldn't find our reservation. It felt like we were imposing on them. After getting our room we tried to get on Wifi as it's our only way of communicating. The front desk said it had been broke for 2 days and who knew when it would be repaired. The wifi being out of service was probably unavoidable. Not telling us until after check-in was unexceptable.. The airconditioner in the room leaked water on the floor. The hotel is right off the freeway. They advertised sound proof windows. Not so much! They advertise themselves as an airport hote, but it's at least a 25 minute drive, more when traffic is heavy. When we booked, they said they had an airport shuttle. They do... but it costs. Which was never previously mentioned. Just fyi...The hotel is in a heavy use Industrial area. They advised us not to walk in the area at night. It was not a good experience! We checked out at 4am, 5 hours earlier than I anticipated. We wanted out! Ron Harper

Staff tried to be accomodating.
Supposed "good breakfast included" was cold toast, small plate of fruit and coffee.
Included breakfast was just Ok (fruit, toast and coffee) but menu breakfast was really good. Room was spacious and clean.
Location is terrible. Bed was not comfortable, Same building includes a Motel, which gives a weird vibe. Too much noise in the hall at night (too many people hanging around)
Great staff Room had great view and was comfortable definitely recommend if you are in the area will book again plus free breakfast was a plus
