Le service et le professionnalisme de l agent accueil

Cons:

Personnel très agréable et respectueux, c’est clairement le point positif de cet hôtel.
En revanche, le petit-déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur. Le rapport qualité-prix reste assez élevé pour les prestations proposées.
La chambre était petite et peu confortable, tout comme la douche qui n’était pas très pratique ni adaptée.
Le gros point faible reste le bruit : beaucoup d’allées et venues, ce qui rend le séjour assez bruyant malgré le respect du personnel.
Enfin, côté propreté et entretien, c’est décevant : nous sommes restés quatre jours sans changement de serviettes, sans lits faits, et même sans réapprovisionnement en papier toilette. Les agents d’entretien n’étaient malheureusement pas très attentifs au suivi de la chambre.

Pros:

К сожалению,наш навигатор немного не довел нас до отеля,но случайный прохожий с неплохим знанием английского языка любезно проводил нас до места.За что ему отдельное спасибо (надеюсь, сотрудники отеля передадут от нас благодарность).Машину мы припарковали вдоль дороги у отеля.Номер небольшой,но чистый,кровати удобные,обслуживание и завтрак прекрасные.Единственный минус-это маленькая ванная комната,но вода горячая была ,поэтому некритично.
