10/10 hotel. Everything was perfect.
Pros:

We stayed in room 1. What a fabulous room - very spacious, beautifully decorated, an amazing view and a perfect location (never needed to walk further than 15 minutes for anything!) The bed was to die for, so so comfy! The lady that works at the plant shop, sorry we have forgotten her name, was super lovely and helpful and even gave us some great recommendations. 10/10 would definitely recommend and is so worth the money. Our room was even decorated, to our surprise with love heart bunting as it was our anniversary. A truly amazing place which quickly feels like home (at least it did to us!)

Slapen op de stoep, na 15 minuten vertrokken
Pros:

De kamer is prachtig vormgegeven, schoon en met smaak ingericht.

Cons:

De kamer lag pal aan de stoep en straat en heeft een enorme glazen pui. Je hoort en ziet alles van de straat. Andersom valt het qua inkijk (door vitrage) volgens mij redelijk mee, al voelt het alsof je in een boordeel zit, zo open. Er stond iemand voor het raam te bellen en ik kon alles horen. Het gevoel dat je op de straat slaapt is niet fijn en geeft geen comfortabel gevoel. Ik heb geprobeerd direct na inchecken contact te krijgen met de eigenaar, maar kreeg niemand te pakken. Uiteindelijk iemand gevonden bij het naastgelegen cafeetje (zelfde eigenaar). Aangegeven dat deze kamer niet geschikt is om een rustige nacht in door te brengen en dat ik graag een andere kamer wilde. Maar er was er geen meer vrij. Ik heb nog gevraagd of we iets konden doen met de reeds betaalde prijs voor deze kamer (ruim €200,- ex ontbijt), ik zou de dag daarna teruggebeld worden. Echter nooit meer iets gehoord. Ik heb na 15 minuten deze kamer verlaten en ben naar huis gegaan. Als men deze (aan de binnenkant) prachtige kamer wil verhuren, dan moet er echt iets gedaan worden tegen de enorme geluidsoverlast (een beetje is niet erg, zeker niet in de stad) en de grootte van de glazen pui. Niemand wil op de stoep slapen.

Pros:

Great place!! Check-in in the afternoon is already a self-check-in process, which was extremely easy! Amazing location, close to restaurants and bars. I loved the plants in the hall (it's a plant shop too).

Exactly what we expected from Utrecht, wonderful place.
Pros:

Central to bars restaurants and shops, 11 mins from train station, what's not to like.

Cons:

Unfortunately the local cat's liked to visit the tree planters right out side the front door!!
