The room was clean and spacious, the staff were amazing and the pool area was fantastic
They had a two piece band playing every night, the music was beautiful but it went on anywhere between 1030 and midnight. The glass is so thin in the rooms that the sound was unacceptable for sleeping.
The Gym cable machine was broken, the air-conditioning which you had to use because it was so hot there was grinding very loudly.
There was a few small things wrong with the room, you had to lift the plugs up with your fingernail in the bath and basin, toilet seat always moved and nearly fell off, bathroom door sometimes would lock and you had to get a small piece of timber to push in the hole to unlock it
Excellent séjour ! Hôtel très agréable, propre et bien situé, avec un personnel accueillant et professionnel.
Une mention spéciale à Mme. Wafaa et à M. Yassine, le réceptionniste, pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Ils ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y retournerai avec plaisir !

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Mirage. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were incredibly welcoming.
A special thank you to the reception team, especially Lamia. She noticed that we had recently gotten married and surprised us with such thoughtful gestures that made our stay even more special.

Large swimming pool and large garden. Good location.
The are renovating a part of the hotel. But they informed us about it. They changed rooms nicely due to the noise.
