Nulla. Hotel venduto come 4 stelle, ma nella realtà molto lontano da questo standard.

Cons:

La colazione molto carente ,ci hanno dato una bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo, il giorno dopo nessun rifornimento. Alla nostra richiesta di avere una bottiglia al giorno ci è stato detto di comprarla. Non è una questione economica ma di mentalità e di livello di servizio .Un hotel che si definisce 4 stelle si perde su 2 bottiglie d'acqua dal costo irrisorio e dimostra chiaramente il tipo di attenzione riservata al cliente. Ancora più grave è stato il tentativo di scaricare la responsabilità su booking , quando si tratta evidentemente di una politica interna dell'hotel. Non ho ancora finito: la mattina della partenza ho richiesto un taxi per Chefchauen, la direttrice mi ha proposto un prezzo superiore a quello di un volo aereo. Naturalmente ho rifiutato e mi sono avvalso di un altro veicolo all'esterno della struttura.

Sens du service à revoir
On s’attend à mieux pour un 4 étoiles. On vérifiant les avis antérieurs, je me rend compte que je ne suis pas le seul à être plaint du professionnalisme et la qualité de service.
Une réclamation ne doit pas être formulée un week-end parceque l’administration de l’hôtel est fermée 🤦🏻
