La atención, privacidad, disponibilidad de los trabajadores, atención, y la habitación muy linda, amplia, limpia y segura

Cons:

El clima demasiado viejo, hace mucho ruido, a pesar que dice que cuenta con internet, no tiene y la bomba del tanque del baño 🚽 hace demasiado ruido cada que llena, después de una descarga, no se puede dormir.
Las cortinas muy transparentes.

Overall a very satisfying stay. Staff are great and room is really neat & clean!
Pros:

I arrived late after midnight but the check-in process was really smooth. I appreciate the front desk staff stayed up till late for my check-in. The room is spacious and spotless clean! I did not drive but my room has a parking lot outside as well. The only minor issue is the AC is a little loud. Staff are really friendly & helpful to me (non-Spanish speakers), I really appreciate! Bus Terminus is not far from the hotel location.

Cons:

The hotel is located on the slope away from the main street in which is a bit difficult to get taxi when needed.
