La facture. Refus dans un premier temps de me faire une facture de mon séjour.
D'après l'hôtel je devais réclamer la facture à Booking.com.
Le paiement autre que espèces n'est pas possible.

Owner or manager every time I walked through reception from moment I arrived was screaming and shouting at the staff which I found very offensive and did not want to hear or see that behaviour from her towards her staff, it’s nice to be nice

​Je suis extrêmement déçu par mon séjour dans cet établissement. Je suis sorti régler une course pour revenir à 10h15, afin de prendre une douche et préparer mes bagages (le check-out étant prévu entre 10h et 12h). À ma grande surprise, j'ai trouvé que le personnel avait déjà pénétré dans ma chambre, emballé mes affaires et les avait descendues à la réception sans mon autorisation. C'est un manque de respect total de l'intimité et un procédé indigne d'un professionnel.

​​C'est la première fois que je vois un tel manque de gestion.

It was good , location wise perfect and also hotel stuff were so good .
Pros:

The hotel stuff are really friendly and helpful specially the guy Anas who was really informative and supportive and speak good English as well, also the lady and Mahadi who helped me with lot of informations . They all are good by heart . The room cleaner lady is so good she speak English and also she is so professional when it comes for cleaning the the room and also very helpful .

The bathroom can be improved
