Que otros huéspedes después de las 10 de la noche estaban con mucho escándalo y sentí que el personal del hotel no actuó rápido y no pudimos dormir bien deberían de indicarle a los huéspedes que hay un reglamento y se tardaron más de una hora para decirle a los otros huéspedes que estaban molestando

Se supone que hay reglamentos,después de las 22:00 horas no se puede hacer ruido,una familia no se callaba y azotaba la puerta horrible, no pude dormir hasta las 00:00 que se callaron y otra vez a las 7 en punto gritaban como locos,todo mundo los escuchaba y en ningún momento se les sancionó

La ubicación es muy buena y el servicio de limpieza excelente

Cons:

El olor q emana del lavabo es muy fuerte y molesta y en cuestiones de seguridad el tener acceso no controlado x dos "puertas" podría ser inseguro en cuanto a personas-pertenencias y en recepción a la llegada deberían de acompañarte a tu habitación ya que se desconoce la numerologia de las habitaciones y en que condiciones te entregan

Cons:

Una de las habitaciones que utilizamos no tenía agua caliente, todos tuvimos que ocupar el baño que si tenia, los colchones estaban horribles, se sentían los resortes y en uno hasta una bola, el internet no es bueno.
Rentamos las habitaciones para descansar y poder continuar con el viaje, pero no tuvimos ese descanso reparador.
