Leuk stop naast een oude ksar
Pros:

Leuke sfeer, zeer eenvoudig hotel met goede douche en een leuke binnenplaats. Hartelijke ontvangst en lekker gegeten.

Een goede startpunt voor de excursie door het woestijn!
Pros:

Er is een mooie buiten plaats waar je kon theedrinken en eten. Mooi en gezellig. Ook de manager Mustafa was heel vriendelijk en zorgzaam! De locatie is een goede startpunt voor je excursies naar de woestijn!

Cons:

De excursie naar de woestijn was heel goed gepland maar er ontstond ergens een misverstand tussen de organizer en de driver. Later werd het eindelijk helder na wat rondrijden in de woestijn.

Gezellige Auberge in een boerendorp en snel toegang tot de woestijn.
Pros:

De Auberge is goed te bereiken, ruime functionele kamers, goed eten en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Twee dagen met de eigenaar de woestijn in gegaan en geslapen in het tentenkamp. Geweldig, mooie rit, prettig verblijf en weer volop genoten van de woestijn!!

Lovelly stay with friendly host

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Foum Zguid. Everything was very nice and well looked after.

We arrived quite late, when the kitchen was already closed, but the owner still brought us two bowls of their homemade soup, along with fresh bread and dates, all offered for free. He also gave us a bottle of water, which we found to be a truly kind and thoughtful gesture, especially considering the late hour.

Breakfast was also excellent and we enjoyed it on the rooftop terrace, which was a really pleasant way to start the day. The place feels very genuine, run by people who truly want their guests to feel comfortable and at ease.

The only small note is purely personal: my pillow was a bit too thick for my taste, and I realised only later that I could have swapped it with another one. That was entirely my own preference and not an issue with the room itself.

We also had a proper hot shower, which can feel like a luxury when travelling in the south of Morocco, so that was very much appreciated.

Overall, this is a really nice place with a friendly atmosphere and a very kind owner. We would definitely recommend it.

Pros:

Vriendelijk ontvangen, behulpzame host, prima bed. Er werd ern prima maaltijd met soep, fiv. Olijven, brood, bbq kipspiesjes met patat en vers fruit toe. Vooral de mandarijnen waren super!
Het Marokkaanse ontbijt was erg uitgebreid met o.a. omelet, yoghurt en wel een liter just d'orange! Die we mee moesten nemen voor onderweg!

Cons:

Is wat aftans maar het is nu ook winter en het kostte echt niet veel!
Airco werkte goed maar maakt wat lawaai. In de nacht uitgezet en het bleef prima op temperatuur en met onze dubbele dekens ook helemaal niet koud gehad!
