Aardige medewerkers, goede ligging voor het centrum van Alkmaar. Slecht te bereiken als je met bagage komt.
Pros:

Personeel was erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Geen strijkbout, geen TV, geen prullenbakje op de kamer, topmatras was te klein. Geen licht bij de spiegel in de badkamer. De nachtlampjes waren erg houtje touwtje. De locatie in de lig is prima, maar prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is aan de hoge kant.

Consequentie van midden in het oude centrum zitten, is dat het buiten op straat tot diep in de nacht rumoerig kan zijn.

Super Lage in der Altstadt, trotzdem ruhig.
Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal.
Wir hatten trotz des schlechten Wetters einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war prima und sehr individuell.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect - right on the canal and near everything. The design is stunning and well thought out. The coffee shop is beautiful and the staff were amazing. They couldn’t have been more considerate and helpful, especially when we experienced a tricky situation with our bikes they really went above and beyond to help us solve it. We also loved that we could have breakfast brought up to our room. It felt like such a treat :)

Cons:

It can be a bit noisy if you stay at the weekend as it’s close to the bars/nightlife but no fault of the hotel just a consideration for the location

Gut für kurzen Zwischenstopp
Pros:

Sehr liebevoll modernisierter Altbau mitten in der Altstadt. Keine Klimaanlage aber bei ca. 25 Grad Außentemperatur reichte Lüften zum Runterkühlen der Wohnung aus. Highlight ist die frei stehende Badewanne im Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig bzgl der Nachbarn, nach außen ist es gut abgeschirmt. Sehr schwierige Parksituation. Man kann außerhalb in einem Parkhaus stehen oder in ca 200 m Entfernung auf einem kleinen Parkplatz stehen, was recht teuer ist aber bei nur einer Nacht ok ist. Das Gepäck ohne Aufzug in dem super engen Treppenhaus nach oben zu bringen ist sehr mühsam. Besser mit kleinem Gepäck anreisen!

We misten wel een prullenbakje in de familiekamer, kamer 3. Er staat er alleen 1 op het toilet.
We.zijn vergeten te melden dat de verlichting boven het bad / boven spiegel bij wastafel het niet doet.

die lage ist super. alles ist in de nähe und kann zu fuss gemacht werden. auch auto parking ist in 10min nicht zu weit weg und ist sicher fur mehere tage die beste lösung. fruhstuck kann man selber bestimmen und kaffee ist top. auch sehr freundliches personal
