absolutely excellent el centro stay for a couple of days
Pros:

there should be a hotel zone in monterrey, and this one was absolutely perfectly located in the downtown district (the northern downtown district). it is the perfect hotel room, without a kitchen. my shower was absolutely excellent. i could easily program netflix with their smart TV. the wifi was really fast - i actually regret not checking it - but that gives you enough.

i'm not too sure about the parking rules since i don't own a car in mexico, but the first floor looks like a motel and the second floor looks like a hotel. i don't know their rules for parking,

i just wanted to say the shower was amazing. dozens of hotels in this zone have no hot water. this one did.

Cons:

my room had no window but a vent in the shower; checkout time should be 1200 universal across the board. i had a maid punching my wall while i was still inappropriate coming out of the shower yelling in broken spanish "SOY EN LA DUCHA"

also just for your own publicity sake, put a sign that you're actually the hotel. the motel NEXT TO ME, which was TRASH - was about 20 feet away from this hotel i booked. i looked around trying to find the hotel
