The apartment was immaculate—absolutely spotless upon arrival. It truly felt like a sanctuary where we could disconnect in a completely peaceful environment. The amenities are next-level: we loved the cenote-style pool for a refreshing, natural feel, and the infinity pool was absolutely ideal for sunbathing and watching the sunset over the canopy.

What sets this place apart is how it caters to the modern traveler. The high-quality Wi-Fi in the studio was flawless, and the property features a high-end coworking space. With crisp AC and a variety of comfortable chairs, it was the perfect professional setup in the middle of paradise. If you are looking for a high-end, tranquil escape that doesn't compromise on productivity, this is it!"

The facility itself is nice but somewhat inconvenient location and poor guest service.
Pros:

The overall facility was clean and nice.

Cons:

I booked for 3 people, intending for 1 person to stay on the sofa bed, but there were no blankets provided for the third person and we ended up sleeping with beach towels. When we reached out to the guest service, they said they do not provide bedding (which was not true because they had extra sheet and pillows in the closet). I was in contact with guest service all throughout the trip. Some days they told me they will bring the blanket, some days they said they expected the guest to sleep without proper bedding and the problem did not get resolved until my departure. There is no on site guest service. Please expect power and water outages.

Great apartment and facilities but poor management
Pros:

- Lovely and stylish apartment in a newly build residential complex
- Great facilities
- Two swimming pools
- Secure location, perfect if you have a car

Cons:

Poor management. At the day of arrival we reported issues: - Lacking additional set of bed linen for the sofa, - washing machine drain was blocked and water spilled all over the bathroom.
None of the issues were resolved until we left 2 days later.

Beautiful accomodation with impressive value
Pros:

Exceptional value for money at $200 Singapore dollars for three nights, in one of the nicest apartment complexes we have seen in Tulum. We stayed three nights and loved it - there are very desirable facilities here. It is quite outside of Tulum central though - don't book unless you are intending to hire a motorised vehicle/willing to spend a lot on taxis (we were charged $17USD for a taxi from Tulum central to the apartment one night).

Cons:

Despite quite a hefty cleaning fee being charged, the apartment had not been entirely cleaned since the previous guest. For example, there was a mug of rotten coffee left in the microwave. This somewhat pierced the veil of luxury for us, and is the reason for the <10 star review here.
Otherwise the apartment was exceptional.
