A szállás szép volt . A magyarok fogadtatása botrányos.
Pros:

A reggeli nagyon visszafogott volt. A szállás nagyon szép volt.

Cons:

A wellness csak térítés ellenében volt elérhető és szerintem drága volt. Így nem is próbáltuk ki.
Magyar nyelven senki nem volt hajlandó beszélni de még köszönni sem. Sőt még angolul is alig beszéltek velünk . Érezhető volt hogy csak eltürtek nem kedvelték minket magyarokat. Sajnálom.

So službami a aj s hotelom som bola spokojná.
Pros:

Ubytovanie bolo dobré, hotel vkusne upravený. Personál milí.

Cons:

Všetko bolo v najlepšom poriadku.

Velmi mily personal od vedenia,recepcie,pani vo wellnesse az po chyzne.... 

Je velmi malo hotelov s takym pristupom,hlavne ak je jedno z deti ine (v mojom pripade autista). 

Sme velmi spokojni aj s cistotou izieb, s vybornym jedlom,kedze sme sa tu denne stravovali.

Pekne zrekonštruovaný tichy hotel. Urcite odporucame

Pros:

Boli sme s vnučatkami na víkend za snehom a príjemne sme chceli stráviť voľné dni. Hotel pekný, príjemný personál, jedlo v pohode. Náš víkend v hoteli splnil účel a je možné, že sa tam ešte vrátime. Ako bonbónik bol úžasný výhľad na hrad. Ďakujeme.

Cons:

Nie je čo vytknúť. Bolo nám fajn.

Pros:

Velmi prijemna vecerna kaviaren/bar. Ochotny a prijemny personal. Komfortne parkovanie. Izby su male ale moderne.

Cons:

Fajciarske oddelenie v bare nedostatocne chrani nefajciarov. Napriek inak prijemnemu baru tam bolo velmi citit cigarety.
Ranajky boli velmi jednoduche.

Ajánlani tudom mindenkinek. Ár értek arányba nagyon jó ha a tátrába terveznek kirándulni gyerekes családok.
Pros:

Rendkívül kedves és segítőkész a személyzet.
Bőséges reggeli.
A bár ba korrekt árak.

Cons:

Csak délután volt wellness. Egy mikro jó lett volna az apartmanba.
