...BUT if you manage to get it. Buffet system is declared, though in fact supply is insufficient. E.g. if you don't come during first 30min of the breakfast you miss eggs/omelet - we were directly told it was not replenished later.
Tea/coffee chargeable except breakfast time, and no kettle in the room, neither fridge.

A takarítónőn kívül senki sem köszönt, a vacsorák igénytelenek voltak a kiszolgálás kritikán aluli, csak Szlovákul hajlandóak beszélni. Magyarokat láthatóan utálják.

Az étel mennyiség a svédasztalosnak, inkább kiszámolt adag ami azt eredményezte. Nem mindig maradt felszolgált étel később érkezőknek. Az étteremben 1 felszolgáló a szezonban kevés.

Vybavenie - izba (umývadlo priamo v sprchovom kúte som ešte nevidel), reštaurácia s ponukou jedného jedla, ak by som veľmi chcel tak aj druhé jedlo. Nedá sa platiť platobnou kartou - odpoveď odmietame platiť tranzakčnú daň, za zaplatené nápoje som nedostal bloček z pokladne. Prístup personálu - ak chcete raňajkovať na terase (v reštaurácii bolo plno), MUSÍTE po sebe upratať - profesionálny prístup :-)

Kambaryje asmeniui tik po vieną mažą rankšluostį. Kranai nurūdiję, spintos sukrypusios, neužsidarančiomis durimis. Televizorius neveikia. Nešvaru, lovos išgulėtos. Aptarnaujantis personalas nemandagus. Nerekomenduoju rinktis, kainos ir kokybės santykis neatitinka realybės.

We were charged extra €22 for a double bed for a married couple. What we have received was two single beds put together, which results in the same two separate beds instead of one double bed for couples and take all available space of a single room! We found this extremely poor. There we signs a water leak on the ceiling and drainage in the shower room was blocked so when you took a shower imidtately room was filled with dirty water (disgusting) Sink was placed in shower room so if you want to just wash your face in sink, shower hose was also activated splashing water around making simple morning functions impossible. We want to address our concerns on the last day. However, the lady receptionist was not available. I wonder why.

Sink was in the shower cab, so strange. One night we were in 3 bed room, but the next day they transferred us to a twin bed room, so I slept they for another 3 days with my daughter!
