Pomer cena a kvalita výborný.
Pros:

Lokalita super, hoci pri ceste, no hluk áut nebol. Čistý a útulný hotel, výhľady na Lomnický štít ráno veľmi potešili. Ubytovanie splnilo účel - turistika - mali sme sa kde vyspať, najesť, osprchovať. Personál ústretový, milý. Dobrý východiskový bod na turistiku vo Vysokých Tatrách (Tatranská Javorina - Kopské sedlo, Téryho chata, Bachledová dolina...)

Cons:

Možno vybavenie by sa mohlo trošku zmeniť, sú to spomienky na časy minulé. No nebola to prekážka pobytu :)

NELÍBIL SE MI PRACH NA OKNECH V JÍDELNĚ, KRÁSNÉ KYTKY , ALE VŠUDEPŘÍTOMNÝ PRACH, TO SAME I NA POKOJI. PANÍ UKLÍZEČKA VYNÁŠELA ODPADKY PRAVIDELNĚ.

Cons:

...BUT if you manage to get it. Buffet system is declared, though in fact supply is insufficient. E.g. if you don't come during first 30min of the breakfast you miss eggs/omelet - we were directly told it was not replenished later.
Tea/coffee chargeable except breakfast time, and no kettle in the room, neither fridge.
Room not enough heated
Distant from Tatranska Lomnica - not seen ski bus or other public transport passing by (we used car)

A takarítónőn kívül senki sem köszönt, a vacsorák igénytelenek voltak a kiszolgálás kritikán aluli, csak Szlovákul hajlandóak beszélni. Magyarokat láthatóan utálják.

Cons:

Az étel mennyiség a svédasztalosnak, inkább kiszámolt adag ami azt eredményezte. Nem mindig maradt felszolgált étel később érkezőknek. Az étteremben 1 felszolgáló a szezonban kevés.
