Kein Frühstück, Betrag wurde bei Ankunft mit Gebühr verrechnet. Hotel im Umbau. Katastrophal der Zustand. Betten ok, alles andere eine
Frechheit. Noch nicht einmal eine Erstattung da eine Baustelle im Hotel ist. Balkontür lies
Sich nur schlecht öffnen. Badezimmer mit offener Wand unterhalb des Waschbecken , vorsichtshalber wurde Eimer unter den Abfluss gestellt. Fenster und gesamte Einrichtung unsauber. Rezeption ab 18:00 Uhr nicht besetzt auch Getränkeautomat unter Verschluss und nach 18:00 Uhr nicht erreichbar. Fur das ausfallende Frühstück wurde uns eine Liste in 3 Lokalen genannt. Frechheit das nicht vor Reiseantritt bekannt zu geben( sowohl die Baustelle wie auch das ausfallen des Frühstücks.

Hoewel er een ernstig gebrek was dat vraagtekens zette bij de veiligheid, was het verblijf zelf erg comfortabel.
Pros:

De kamer en badkamer waren ruim. Hoewel het hotel aan een levendig plein ligt, was het binnen heerlijk rustig. Werkelijk alles wat je in een hotel wenst was aanwezig: sfeerverlichting bij het bed, USB-poorten, comfortabel beddengoed, koffie- en theefaciliteiten, een koelkast, een föhn en zelfs wegwerpbekers voor het spoelen. Daarnaast was het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat zorgde voor een prettig verblijf.

Cons:

Er zat een gat in het raam dat leek op een inslag van een steen, inclusief barsten. Ik durfde het raam niet te openen uit angst dat het glas eruit zou vallen. Dit voelde erg onveilig.

Toen ik aan de knop trok om te schakelen tussen de kraan en de douche, schoot deze vast en kon ik hem niet meer terugduwen. Hierdoor was de douche daarna onbruikbaar.

De algehele faciliteiten waren erg verouderd, wat me een onveilig gevoel gaf.

The staircase to my room was almost impossible to use...only a third of my size 39 shoes fit and it was a herculean task to handle luggage on that terrible staircase. Twice I cut my ankle coming down. They also had repairs going on which made it impossible to use the room several hours during the daytime + the approach to my room and surroundings were littered with debris that was never cleaned. Mayflower should really not rent Room #17 to anyone. Terrible value for money

een prima hotel voor een kort verblijf

een twee-sterren hotel, de kamer was schoon, nog bezig met renovanties in algemene ruimtes dus wordt het nog beter
