Pros:

Le calme, la piscine, c’est vraiment un plus. Le bungalow container est vraiment bien. Bon petit déjeuner.

Le manque total de politesse
Pas de bagagiste , la patronne et ainsi que le gérant ne m ont bonjour a mon arrivée...le lendemain j était tout seule a la piscine j ai demander d être servi au bord de la piscine pour boire une bière et un refus catégorique de me servir ,,,, brefff beaucoup de moustiques et des milliers de fourmis dans la chambre et aucune explication sur le fonctionnement des appareils , j avais réserver plusieurs nuits mais j ai quitter les lieux apret une nuit

Agréable
Pros:

Le personnel était formidable, très compétent, on avait besoin d’une bombe anti moustique, la gérante ou la portée immédiatement tout le monde est très à l’écoute. Et c’était agréable d’avoir une piscine après le petit déjeuner du matin. Nous sommes vraiment très content. Tout le personnel était attentionné.

Cons:

Malheureusement, ce n’est pas de la faute de l’hôtel, mais se taper en tuctuc un chemin complètement cabossée sur 800 m, ça se coupe pas mal . Peut-être les bungalow étaient un peu primitif. Et j’ai fait laver un T-shirt et un short m’accompagner aussi. Visiblement il faudrait apprendre à la femme qui lave le linge de laver le linge correctement, on nous l’a redonné avec les mêmes taches, je vais bien préciser est-ce qu’elle avait une machine, un lave-linge qui tourne les deux laver à 30°, mais je pense qu’ils l’ont fait à la main et il nous l’ auront rendu tel quel. Faut juste apprendre aux femmes de ménage à laver le linge correctement.

Problèmes d'eau - Direction antipathique
Pros:

Le personnel, lieu geographique, cadre assez sympathique, calme

Cons:

Trop de mouches au restaurant.
Coupures d'eau régulières, très désagréable, jour et nuit..Il faut signaler à chaque fois, mais quand c'est à 02h00 du matin, c'est très désobligeant.
Direction hôtel inaccessible, invisible, pas à l'écoute, donc antipathique.
De plus, je déplore le manque de sérieux et de professionnalisme concernant ma réservation non modifiable qu'ils m'ont demandée d'annuler!! Échanges jointes. Il a fallu que je fasse la remarque, jamais vu ça sur Booking depuis toutes ces années, je suis client genius 3 !.
