El lugar es muy amplio😆bonito ,cálido la atención de todo el personal súper linda ,sin duda un lugar excepcional
Que está un poco retirado del centro de cuetzalan ,solo eso

Los calentadores en las cabañas y baño las regaderas no servía muy bien
El desayuno estuvo bien, sin embargo no nos quisieron brindar el room service por la noche
Una mejor atención y disponibilidad de los meseros, el boiler calentaba por ratos, las cabañas están algo lejos del pueblo principal
El mirador que está en el restaurante y la cabaña
Lo que me gusto mas del lugar fue la vista hacia Cuetzalan, la comida muy sabrosa y el servicio tambien.
Lo que no me gusto es que el baño de la habitación estaba super chico y la internet no funciono durante toda mi estancia en el lugar.

Desafortunadamente la regadera del baño no servía muy bien, el último día se fue la luz y no se que les pasó que en la mañana no teníamos gota de agua. Ojalá pudieran tener un poco más de cuidado con eso ya que lo generalmente busco en un hotel es que la cama sea cómoda y que tenga buena regadera. Por eso no les doy un 10

La cabaña estaba deteriorada

Había telarañas, le hizo falta limpieza
La cobija extra tenía mal olor, parecía que estaba sucia.
El agua se filtro mucho, mojo mis calzados, prendas incluso ropa que deje en el perchero.
Nadie me dio la atención cuando lo reporte, argumentaron que no estaba el encargado.
Las cabañas que dan a la naturaleza, tienen muy bonita vegetación y muy cuidado sin dañar la naturaleza!
