Parking right in front of our door.

Cons:

2 km walk on steep streets to downtown.
The place offers to do laundry, but to 5 times the price of what we paid at a very nice laundromat downtown.
A fridge and maybe a microwave and a kettle would have made it much more suited for longer stays.
