No te confundas, hay dos hoteles con el mismo nombre
Pros:

El cuarto demasiado amplio.

Cons:

Lo confundí con otro hotel que tiene el mismo nombre, al parecer de la misma compañia. No me agradó que no estaba etan cercano al centro (el otro estaba muy en el centro, pero se ve viejo).

El estilo del hotel muy lindo, el desayuno en el restaurante delicioso y a buen precio y el servicio del hotel y del restaurante, excelente además tiene estacionamiento y eso fue muy útil.

No lo recomendaría
Pros:

La ubicación nos pareció OK y Mari que nos lavó ropa y fue muy amorosa. Las camas eran los único rescatable.

Cons:

Todo. Habitación con humedad, moho en las paredes, lavabo despegado, ducha con agua fría (Comitán es un lugar frío) las habitaciones a mal tener en general y limpieza OK. Nos terminamos yendo un día antes de lo que habíamos pagado.

Pros:

Las camas muy cómodas.

Cons:

no había agua caliente por la noche . Se aviso al encargado, reviso y dijo que no podía hacer nada que era un problema de las calderas, que al día siguiente solucionaban , y efectivamente al día siguiente ya contamos con agua caliente

Cons:

Solo te dan un par de toallas, un papel higiénico para 4 personas y por las noches hace un poco de calor, no cuenta con aire acondicionado ni ventilador de techo

An absolute gem! I love everything about it!
Pros:

This has to be the best kept secret around. The hotel and rooms are stunning! The rooms are huge, the whole property is just beautiful. The shower is hot and great pressure. The soaps, shampoo and coffee are great quality. There are great restaurants in easy walking distance (this is a very safe neighborhood) Absolutely stay here, you won’t regret it!

Pros:

Good location, comfy beds, helpful staff, good parking, clean sheets, smart tv, water bottles in rooms

Cons:

The shower is in need of a deep clean. The tiles had lots of soap scum and even mold on the sliding doors.
