Beautiful location. horrible noise levels, no sleep, no hot water
Pros:

Location was incredible, right on the water, in the middle of the popular food and shopping spots

Cons:

it was SO incredibly loud.. people partied from 4pm- 6am and the bar is directly underneath the sea view rooms. Which has love music and bands.. also, people were screaming and yelling on the beach at all hours.

1. Comunicação inexistente através do chat do booking. Tentei várias vezes e não consegui. 2. Funcionários extremamente antipaticos, parece que estavam nos fazendo um favor. 3. Não deixam claro, mas todos os chuveiros são gelados. 4. O banheiro fede MUITO. 5. A água do banheiro é preta, conforme imagens. Não recomendo em nada esse lugar.

Pros:

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits à El Tunco. Nous avions la chambre balcon vue mer. L'emplacement et la vue depuis le balcon étaient exceptionnels.
Le bar en front de mer fait de superbes cocktails avec une bonne ambiance.

Cons:

Les lits n'étaient pas confortables (trop durs).
A noter qu'il y a de la musique tout les soirs dans le bar d'à côté. Avec des boules quies c'est largement suportable sauf le we. Nous sommes restés jusqu'au vendredi. A partir du jeudi soir la musique est vraiment très forte.

La cercanía de la playa

Cons:

El agua de la ducha, sale sucia como si fuera de tanque sucio, el edificio del área de recepción está muy deteriorado algunos peligros en la estructura, el camino hacia las habitaciones y entrada principal no está hecha para maletas de ruedas, en la zona hay muchos zancudos.
El sonido que llega de los bares del lugar es demasiado alto para poder descansar. Pregunté por el transporte del aeropuerto en diferentes ocasiones por la app y no recibí respuesta

Pros:

Great location, a quiet oasis in the busyness of El Tunco. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. The communal area is great, Breakfasts are good value. And can use their kitchen. Will definitely return, loved it here.

Cons:

Nothing to do with the hotel, but the bar neaby is very noisy each night from around 9-11pm, then all is quiet. It was fine for me but be aware in case you like very quiet, pack earplugs!

Pros:

Arrived in El Tunco with no reservations. It is hard these days to do so and navigate to a nice place with out technology being the first step. Finding people at the counter was a blessing, as so many places are only connected through messaging and online instruction. The place was great. I had already traveled with very little sleep and after a day of fun, my bed was welcomed and also pitch black with the sounds of waves crashing. Best sleep of my life.

Cons:

I have zero complaints. Maybe for some people it would not be luxurious but for me it was a cool room with a shower and a wonderful balcony over looking the ocean.

Staff was very kind. Breakfast is included and is very tasty. The rooms were nice and clean. Very affordable with an ocean view. Restaurants and shops everywhere. Staff everywhere was very kind and welcoming.
